I've seen both Alan and Troy for my pain. Both of them are great! Alan is knowledgeable and gave me a good exercise program, which helped me a lot! I initially was recommended to have a surgery, but I don't need it anymore as I don't have pain now.

Highly recommend to anyone who needs Physio! Got a sprain ankle - recovered really well and quickly from Alan's Physio sessions. Alan's so professional and explained how it worked for recovery on every treatments and homeworks! The acupuncture sessions with Troy were great too! Immediate pain release after the acupuncture session which to me like a magic! Overall I could't be more satisfied with the experience I had there！

This place is AWESOME! Alan is an expert at healing shoulder injuries n pain. He’s the only Physio that has been able to help me from my many years of shoulder pain. Acupuncture and cupping from Troy is fabulous, a one stop shop to healing! They are both friendly, knowledgeable and make you comfortable when in their care. A great little ‘homely’ setup- I’m recommending to everyone I know. Two thumbs up from me!

I have been seeing Alan for years, as he is very experienced in my sport, I feel this makes him an even better physio, as he knows how hard I push my body and informs me how to best get quality performance in my sport.

I have started seeing Troy more recently, and wasn't too sure about acupuncture as I'd had it previously and not noticed a difference. After one session with Troy, my injury significantly improved. And she gives the best massages!

Both Troy and Alan treat more than just the injury, and often give great advice on how to avoid injuries in future. Could not recommend them both more:)

These guys are amazing. And that description doesn’t even do them justice. The care they provide isn’t just that, it’s beyond. They want you to get better and they have the tools and are willing to work hard to make sure you get what you need. I’m so glad to have stumbled onto them and honestly I’ll never look back.

I've worked in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer specialising in rehabilitation, posture and strength training for over 12-years, I've also personally had multiple injuries in my life and I can confidently say that Alan is the best Physiotherapist I've ever worked with.

He's always friendly, professional and welcoming, but his knowledge, assessment, manual therapy and understanding of exercise / strength training really sets him apart from other physiotherapists. He's been able to diagnose and treat an injury that I have battled with for years that no other practitioner has ever been able to resolve. I have referred multiple clients to him to help with their injuries and he has successfully helped all of them and they have all been impressed with his abilities. I cannot recommend him enough.

Troy is absolutely amazing! I booked my first appointment with her after an injury and since then I've made it a weekly occurrence seeing her. Troy has a beautiful aura and a wide understanding & knowledge around massage & healing. Prior to the massage she takes the time to discuss what's going on with my body / life to assess what treatment will benefit me. Lovely studio and super convenient having client parking out front. I couldn't recommend her enough!

Troy is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional at what she does. I have been seeing Troy for ACC injuries, acupuncture, massage, cupping and other healing procedures for some years now. She always listens to my concerns and manages to use a range of skills to support the healing process. The private location and easy parking make booking appointments easy, troy is always flexible and you can usually book in the same week, although with her popularity, expect some need for booking in advance. Highly recommend!

Really professional and friendly both Troy and Alan… acupuncture felt really good and got rid of the pain almost immediately and Alan not only fixed my trap pain but also found other problems and fixed that also with exercises for prevention. 100% recommend
