UP Real Estate, Remuera reviews
17Karen was incredible! Thoughtful and thorough, she guided us on our home buying journey with equal amounts of skill and warmth. Would not hesistate to recommend her to everyone! Thank you so much for making our experience so awesome!
Cali Petrie and Liza Clark from UP in Remuera are a fabulous team. Highly commend their work in selling our apartment in Grafton. Professionalism coupled with experience and a real personal touch. They communicated progress in a simple and direct way, and worked hard to achieve a great result. What impressed us throughout the process was the vision they shared of how to go about selling our home…right from the start of the engagement. They had a thought out plan they stuck to. Easy to deal with, very likeable, genuine, and skilled negotiators in their interactions with buyers. We could not be happier.
Gave them one star as it is not possible to give them less.was very interested in a 2 bedroom apartment rental they had. Told them that I would have my small children for one night a week and they said would not be suitable as there is no balcony for my children to play on at night time.who let's there small children play outside at night time, should probably advertise it as no children aloud. I found they discriminate against kids.
Fantastic real estate company. Beautiful auction room and office. Well worth the trip into Newmarket
Couldn't recommend UP more, fantastic experience selling our house thanks to Wayne, Sally, Chris and the team
Bryce Hawkins assisted us with the purchase of our new house and we were so impressed that we asked him to help us with the sale of our current house too. He has a genuine, honest and friendly manner and a great attitude. He was extremely helpful and certainly went the extra mile. We felt that we were in safe hands with him and the whole team at UP and we would thoroughly recommend Bryce for any future sales or purchases.
I had excellent service from Zaf and Keri when selling my house. My review on their website gives more detail, but I fully intend to use their services again when needed.
We can not speak highly enough about Zaf and Keri. From the first time we met them to the completion of the sale of our home we have been so impressed with their professionalism, work ethic, knowledge and ability as real estate agents. They are thoroughly trustworthy and go the extra mile to ensure the best possible outcome for their clients. They are very friendly and most approachable and we found they provided a fantastic service making us feel were in extremely good hands.
We are so glad we made the decision to choose them for the marketing and sale of our cherished home of 22 years and we would thoroughly recommend both to anybody wishing to sell their home.

Buying and selling your home is stressful but when you have someone you trust it makes things so much easier. Zaf and Keri are the people we trust. They are genuine and honest. They have the knowledge, patience and a good dose of reality - so we always achieved the best outcome. They are persistent and committed, making the process enjoyable along the way.
We would never trust anyone else with selling or buying property.
We have just recently sold our house in Ellerslie with Zaf and Keri from Unlimited Potential and they have our highest recommendation for selling or buying a home.
They guided us through the process with kindness and enthusiasm.
In presenting the house for sale, they had an astute eye for meticulous detail and for what would highlight the best in our home.
They made us feel that ours was the only home 'on their radar' and that it was special to them too.
The marketing they and the team at Unlimited Potential put together was outstanding.
In their experienced, skilled hands our home was sold in a very short time.
We are delighted with the result and would certainly entrust any future property transactions to them.

To anyone trying to sell their property through this company for the love of God please stay clear of it! They have the most unprofessional, snotty agent named Zaf and wife working for them. I was very interested in a property that is up for sale in Ellerslie but was put off by his attitude. Moving from Sydney, I always thought Kiwis were nicer and friendlier in general until my unfortunate encounter with this pair over the weekend. Its a real shame because we are very ready to purchase. I will NOT be purchasing via an agent who clearly has no customer service skills and thinks his time is better spent on one person over the other. A simple hello and acknowledgement goes a long way. I watched as he greeted the others that came after us. If the company is happy to employ such people and have them represent them then, I don’t believe they deserve anyone’s time and money. Especially not mine. After reading the bad reviews on here, I believe it’s a fair warning to anyone else looking to use this agent. Good luck!
I sold my house with them and I bought my house through them as well. They are absolutely awesome, and I can not recommend them enough.
I cannot promote Keri and Zaf Yildiz highly enough - I have both bought and sold properties through them recently - they helped us navigate the challenges of buying and selling in such a way that we are pretty clear that they are a cut above the rest.
I do not hesitate in recommending them to you, upon selling both you and your buyers are in professional supportive hands, and on buying you will find a fair, kind, professional and supportive process - you can't beat that.
Our overriding impression of Keri and Zaf Yildiz is that they are in the business of finding people homes and that's all you can really ask for whatever side of the buying or selling equation you are on.
Trish has looked after a property for me for the past 14 years- so I must be happy. I am always kept in the loop about any issues and my tenants have always been great. So much happier than when I used another company. I know she will always go that extra mile and highly recommend her and UP.
Fair and honest property management. Great attention to detail. Happy tenants make for happy owners 5 *****
Does'n t even deserve 1 star. Still trying to get back my illegal dog bond. Heather is so unhelpful and an absolute nightmare to deal with!
In a tight market the buyer can become the victim. I would recommend using another agency for real. Yes it was a sunny day in a tight real estate market. The vendor was told not to answer questions, I asked the vendor a very clear question and the vendor did not answer the question I knew something was wrong. The water when it rained came down the chimney from the roof right over the wiring. The doors to the deck leaked. The three repairs promised immediately were are have not been. The agent said owe it is sunny all day yeah right. That was the other house, it was so badly described in favor of the seller that it was again just only in favour of the sell I felt uncomfortable with 8 other agents being in the room to great dial a
crowd. It was like being at a party where everyone else knew each other I would not recommend this agency to any purchaser at all. [but we were stuck like many other stuck Auckland home buyers. I feel stupid now. It is Sunday and the water has poured all over the carpets it will cost thousandss to repair. [the toilet stank when the house was settled because the windows that were open widely on viewing day had been closed for a day or so, mad me ill. It looked so nice in the advertisement.
