10Great to find a place recycling e waste and batteries. Bit tricky to find but has good signposts.
Pretty good deal if you know what you want and don't mind sorting out the good from the bad. We buy the best we can for our powerwalls.
Worst company for customer service! Have been trying for a month to get a replacement bucket, spoken to 3 different people for this and left email addresses and phone numbers but they do not reply back! I have even replied back to one email multiple times to get them to send a bucket out but nothing!
Their links to order another bucket online doesn't work, and have no choice but to call them!
The language barrier is atrocious, really hard to understand a couple of workers answering their phones and when they do they don't understand you giving contact details!
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
Nice. Took my old lithium and Nicad batteries for recycling at a OK price. Hopefully they recycle well, they are a more tricky item to deal with in Auckland at the moment. They will has take TVS and appliances etc
Easy dropoff with friendly staff. While most E-waste is free to dropoff, some require a small fee to recycle i.e batteries, screens and large appliances. Hopefully it ends up being recycled correctly.
The driveway is a bit hard to find if you don't have GPS, especially with all the trucks along there. There is however signage on the road.

1st time and last time, No customer service, you have to unload everything by yourself. Better disposal metals to other places, you can get some coffee money and hands to help.
The whole process was simple, timely and friendly. Would use them again, and recommend to others.
Parking can be limited, arrived and was told there is a $5 charge per item for disposing monitors and printers.
