Electrical fault cropped up in my RV today and I called Vantage for help. 15 minutes later I’m at their shop and Ravi is working away to fix the problem. In no time at all I’m back on the road and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I found the customer service very friendly and very professional they kindly made time for my problem although they were obviously very busy. Thanks guys I really appreciate your help well done

Called at Vantage RV without an appointment. Our coach door was not closing without pulling back the handle (could previously be pushed shut). Rav came out, and after a few judicious blows with the hammer the problem was fixed! Much appreciated, thank you.

Our Luton window blew out and we had a reassuring person inform us that while we'd have to order a replacement from overseas he could tape it up to make it secure. Much appreciated and at no charge!

As part of a solar panel and controller installation (with poor quality work on the cosmetics and scew mounted controller displays), the job was not completed according to specifications. No battery protection as the loads were not wired to the controllers, but straight to the battery instead. When asked about it, I was told that it was not quoted for. I mean, it is a matter of 2 wires. So much for customer service. Wonder what will happen in case of an overload and the battery starts to overheat. Upon getting to other things I still wanted to do in the caravan, I also noticed that the frame that was supposed to be built and installed around the fridge is only an arch with the bottom part of the frame missing, leaving a huge ugly gap! When I phoned to make an appointment I was asked for all the details on what exactly I need their service for, but upon arrival they did not know why I was there and had to explain again. Now the short circuit excuse compared to "we didn't quote to do a proper installation" when I collected the caravan. And they expect me to call them to see if they can help me. I need the caravan for my planned December holiday. This company clearly likes to make money through sales only because the technical services are very poor.

Friendly and helpful service on the phone saw me buy a TV for my campervan from Vantage RV. This was at the best price around and delivered quickly to me in good nick.
I'd happily deal with them again.

The goods I purchased on line and payed for, turned out to be unavailable for some time. The option of a refund was offered, and completed satisfactorily.

Had our annual water tightness test completed along with a few additional jobs. Fantastic to deal with, highly recommended for any motorhome work you need doing.

Had Camec motor movers fitted to my caravan. Cost was competitive. Work was done on time and well. Quoting process was professional and communications with the company were good.

This is the second time I have engaged Vantage RV
#1 was to rebuild the M Home rear bodywork after I backed into a post.
#2 was to fix the heater ducting, drawer unit & install an inverter.
Each time they have been awesome to work with, quick on responsiveness & communication & overall was happy with their work.

A great place to get your RV sorted for holiday with all the expertise necessary to do even the most complicated job.

I purchased equipment for my van conversion from Vantage and found their prices to be extremely competitive, and their technical knowledge to be top-notch. They also performed the Self-Containment inspection for me.

As they do top work, they are quite busy, so best to plan in advance when you want to schedule something, or simply order parts online.

Huge thanks to Harry for his expert advice and willingness to entertain all of my questions, and to Antoinette for handling the parts orders and coordination for my inspection!

Hi there well i can not speak highly enough of Vantage RV they put a fridge solar panel and oven in the RV and done a gas cert and a bit off carpentry work in to our RV. Myself and my wife are over the moon with the work. And even when i went to pick the RV up they ran through every thing they did for us. I Recommend Vantage RV two every one. These guys are fabulous. I got caught getting a new tyre only to find my van wouldn't start.obviously the battery.

It was due to go in to Vantage on Monday so I rang them and they were very obliging in allowing me to take it straight there while it was running. After being in the rain for some time and rather wet I couldnt get a taxi in Silverdale and tried two friends to collect me but they were not home.

The girls in the office were absolutely lovely and one of them drove me back.

Thanks so much I'm sure I'll be giving another glowing report after the van is up and running again.
