Versatile

Well this was not the best experience. A year behind schedule. Due diligence not done throughly so original plan kept changing. Dug the slab below ground level so now we have water issues and have had to spend ALOT of money on drainage after the building process. No accountability on small things so we had to pay failed inspections that they were party of. The list goes on.

Woukd I use this company again or reccomenf them NO

The customer service is great as Ray was super helpful with the planning process and gave us the best advice that fits in our budget.

Project is in progress. So far the experience has been below average. We're being hit with variations for works that should have been completed months ago, the project is way behind schedule and the communication from Versatile has not been honest.
Its a shame as there are aspects to the company that are positive. Lets hope they can redeem themselves over the next month
