My Personal experience buying my own excavator through Vertu has been the best customer service I have had in New Zealand. The Team I was dealing (Brad, Brooke and Stanley) with was just super and nothing was ever a problem and they were always there front foot forward and got the job done better than they needed too! I ordered a special 4in bucket from Aussie and Brad arranged transport right to there workshop where they connect to my machine. This all occurred during lockdown in Auckland and it was all sorted out without issues. From my experience I can say without doubt that if anything was to happen to my machine I know they are there to back me up in full without a blink. Well Done guys keep up the excellent service!
