Auto repair like no other, I drive across town for their friendly, reliable and honest service.

My Audi had a leak which I wanted resolved. Workshop 7 had my car for a full five days, during which I asked them to also regas the aircon.

Staff were really friendly, helpful and kept me updated with timing and costs.

When I picked car up the inside was full of condensation, and the area in the boot where the leak had been, was noticeably wet.this obviously causing the condensation.

When I asked about this, the technician suggested using a dehumidifier in a closed garage. He said he could take care of this if I left the car at the shop for another day.

Due to needing car for work, this wasn't a viable option.

The obvious question is - if this could have been resolved with a dehumidifier within a day, why wasn't this proactively done during the five days they had my car, when presumably the windows would of been fogged up the whole time?

I have no problem spending money fixing dumb European car stuff, but it would have been nice if Workshop 7 had been a bit more proactive with the condensation issue.this was why I brought the car to them, and the condensation would of been obvious for the five days they had it.

These guys are awesome, Denise is so friendly and helpful. She gave me some good options for repair. She knows her engines, just like Tas and the team.
It's the best mechanic in Morningside, Kingsland and the St Lukes area. 5 stars and some.double thumbs up from me:)

Friendly and really helpful. Went to get a car seat anchor point installed and they sorted it out for us super quickly and neatly. Would definitely come here again.

Had a breakdown, called them on a whim and all booked in the next morning. Danny and the team had the issues diagnosed and fixed all in the same day, with my car back with me in time for the weekend. Was updated throughout the day with pricing. So glad to have found a mechanics in the area that is honest, and does an epic, reasonably priced job. Cannot thank you all enough for being so accommodating and getting the Golf back on the road!:)

Recommend this place if you want to FAIL WOF. Being very meticulous with criteria - too much moisture on the rare light, a thread on a seatbelt.and give me a ridiculous quote to repair it. Especially a lot on labour itself (which I found out later after asking around). I ended up passing WOF with the quarter of the estimate at another place. If you really really want to have your car really checked out and pay a lot for WOF, this is the place for it.

Additional - the lady at the reception was really kind and nice I'd give another half a star for it if I could. Also I remember having to walk for another block to find my car (I did it volunteerly cuz I didn't wanna wait around in the reception) and they left a cloth/cover in my car so I had to go back to drop it off again. Overall experience not amazing, probably never use it again.

Took my Toyota in for a warrant. Outstanding service that went above and beyond. It also needed panel beating and they recommend someone for me and even took it over for me for a quote. Couldn't recommend more.

Danny and the team at Auto 7 were genuinely the most helpful mechanics I’ve ever been to. Very conscious of the customers situation in regards to time and money. They had my Ute fixed in no time with a smile and even left me with some spare parts and a diagram on how to fix it my self if the problem were to arise again. All round best auto service you can get.

They really are amazing. I've been using their team, and seen changes over 20 years. Have never wanted to look elsewhere. You mostly hear complaints about mechanics. I've NEVER complained about these guys. Enough said? !

I work one block over, came to my car at 5pm and noticed I had a flat tyre. I changed it to that ridiculous space saver (these should be illegal imo) & when I finished noticed it too was flat luckily Billy from WS7 saw it as he was parked behind me & told me the Garage he works for WS7 was open. I hobbled there and organised a new tyre for the bullet (it's a silver Mazda Verisa) they even kindly pumped up the ridiculous space saver. Can't thank yall enough WS7. A start of a new relationship.

Outstanding experience. Top tier customer service and the mechanics sorted my vehicle out without any fuss. Dropped it off in the morning and was ready for me in the afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised by the charge as well, very affordable. Cheers team, I'll be back when it next needs some work.

Took my car to get Air conditioning and suspension fix they also did Wheel alignment for me, I've been so many places for wheel alignment none can compare to Workshop7 Excellent service, friendly and honest. Highly recommended!

Came in Garage 7 this morning for a diagnosis. Tas the mechanic was super helpful and full of knowledge.talked me through the problems with my car and gave me accurate advice in the steps foward from here. Thank you very much Garage 7 will be back in future cheers!
