It's rare to get the total package - but this is it.prompt response, turned up on time, great job that delivered more than expected (sash repair AND the gradually dropping window!) and full tidy up too. No hesitation in recommending - in fact will actively recommend - who doesn't need hassle free maintenance that has a character home!
