9Great service and always looking after the landlords interests and investment. These guys create wealth and supply great commercial advice. Highly recommend.
The worst property managers out, Overpriced when they do nothing. Cant provide monthly accounts, wont provide perpetual GST invoices, wont provide invoices for work carried out at site and I have to constantly ask for these. They can only work excel, anything more than this is too advanced for them.

This company is dodgy. They overcharge and act outside the orginal ATL. Peter is the main villian and has put a review on his own service on this platform. Do not trust these guys.
