Booked a job for an oven fault. Original appointment was pushed back more than a week due to a sick call. Once the new appointment date came around we got in touch with Tom about coming in. He told us this job would be a waste of his time as he would have to order the part and then come back again to install. Tried to follow up but he didn’t bother responding to messages.

This was extremely disappointing service and we have had to go in another direction as a result.

This is the second time I've used Vivid Electrical. I was having a skylight fitted and we found some wiring needed to be moved. I rang hoping that they would come straight away so that the skylight installer didn't have to come back another day. And they didn't disappoint, the electrician arrived in half an hour. The skylight installer was really impressed.
