VNG Rentals

I recently rented a property from VNG Rentals and was extremely disappointed with the experience. When it was time to return my bond, the company charged me outrageous fees that seemed completely unnecessary. These fees added up to a significant amount of money and left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of.

But perhaps the most concerning aspect of my experience with VNG Rentals was the fact that they have bought their 5 star reviews on Google. This is a blatant attempt to deceive potential customers and suggests that the company is more interested in maintaining a positive image than in actually providing quality service to their tenants.

In my opinion, VNG Rentals is more interested in making a profit than in treating their tenants fairly. The fees they charged me were exorbitant and seemed designed to maximize their own profits rather than covering any legitimate costs. I would not recommend renting from this company to anyone, as their practices are unethical and untrustworthy. The fact that they are willing to engage in such dishonest tactics is extremely concerning and should be a red flag for anyone considering doing business with them

Great property management, very friendly to helped tenants to find a new place to live. Very respectful to tenants and great effort during the management period. Very professional! Definitely recommend.

I know the directors well. They are very professional managers who will look after your properties and tenants well. Highly recommended.

Taking advantage over people due to lockdown. You won’t get your bond back because they knew you are overseas. Excessive charges on unreasonable items. Avoid at all cost.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They charged me money for professional carpet clean which is illegal.

Scumy company trying to overcharge people letting fees and repairment fees. My friend rented this apartment in queen street and prior to move in, she got charged a letting fee which is illegal and after moving out. She was billed 600+ in repairment and 400+ in cleaning that includes professional carpet cleaning. Would not recommend if you don't want your life to be miserable.
