It was ok. Nothing spectacular but nothing bad ether.
Possibly a bit on the expensive side if your looking to buy power cords & those sorts of smaller items.

Purchased a new iPhone 12 from the Takapuna store, afternoon of Saturday 14th of May 2022.
Sales person was ‘Sahill’. His service was outstanding. Not only did he know his product, but recommended an update plan for my account. He also took the time to ensure all of my contents from my old phone were added to the new one, something I know the customer would normally have to do themselves. Thanks and great work Sahill! Had a extremely bad experience here with one of the staff. Female not sure of her name. Lucky I ended up dealing to another staff who was far more capable of doing his job. She seriously needs more customer service training. Pronto.

Very rubbish service. Not recommended to anyone. I had phone from them on account which has insurance as well from last 2 years. My phone got broken. I took it to them paid my insurance access fee but they gave me phone which has WiFi was not working. Again returned it after 2 weeks they gave me another phone (not new). It was also broken was heating up quite a bit but it was working but this morning it's not charging either. Again I brought my phone to Vodafone store. This phone still under warranty but staff is asking 65$ for assessment fee she said if technician said its does not come in warranty then you have to pay more money to fix it. This is just soo inconvenient. They asking for money to fix the phone which they gave me already broken. Extremely unhappy with Vodafone coustomer care service and their insurance service. Highly not recommended to anyone I am going to change my account and my wife account to other company.

The young man @ Takapuna Mall Outlet Shop was most cordial & helpful this afternoon. He assisted me updating my monthly direct debiting details and also adjusted our fibre speed because our recently connected Vodophone One Unlimited has been buffering intermittently. We had ADSL before and reception was perfectly fine & no buffering then. Hopefully this adjustment just done today will provide us with similar reception again. Sincerely, Tim Newman

Visiting Vodafone today, I was so impressed. The service is phenomenal. I am looking for a new phone, changing my number to Vodafone provider and business plan for broadband. Adam, the store team member is so great at explaining everything, very friendly and professional. He even told me beneficial info that new phone coming next month if I want to wait. It would be almost the same price but 5G feature. That’s so amazing. I have been with 2degrees and Spark for so long. I have been always disappointed of their service. There was no good customer service and store Technical support. Sometimes, I felt Spark team even rude. From now on, I am only with Vodafone.

The ridiculous virtual queue system is totally inefficient. I should say that when I got inside the service was superb. So, it's a queue issue only.
