Jacob has been paitently and helpfully in resolving my porting issue and providing premium services. Will definitely stick with One NZ silverdale.

Staff are excellent and very helpful. Cannot fault them. Same cannot be said for company processes. Faults are not recorded anywhere, and I was told they have no way of recording them. Every time I went in (3 times), I had to explain all over again what the issue was.

Staff there were just amazingly helpful and genuine. I visited with all of 20 minutes to spare before closing time (I always feel super guilty for doing that to retail staff), but they dropped everything to help me 10/10

Only wish they had a phone fixing service available, rather than having to drive to Albany (or ship)

Not as helpful as 2 degrees. Very inflexible for long term customers. Not interested in retaining customers.

Very helpful. Excellent service. Can get more done spending 15 mins with the staff there than 2 hours on the other end of the line from a call centre in India being constantly put on hold or generally messed about. Please learn vodafone
