Very interested in the reviews on Google so checked. Finally got what I wanted to see —almost everyone talked and complained about the inspection guy who had the bad attitude and ‘below’ average customer service. That was the same situation I had there. Office staffs were good. But the only Good point was the WoF was fast so I didn’t need to bear with that.

The worse customer service I ever had! The stuff was super rude, feels like the judgement in the inspections depends on the mood of the workers.

Had a very poor phone call experience with one of the staff members. She was very short and spoke in an unpleasant tone, which felt very confronting. I was made to feel like I did not know anything and that she did not have the time to answer my questions. Very poor customer service.

I recommend to do a pre-inspection before buying a vehicle. We have tried to reach several centers from a direct competitor and no return. We even got to speak with the technician the next day.

Nice guys, was quick to have the admin sorted so I could do my test. Real easy process. I thought they lost my license but actually I did oops! Recommend going here A+ service

The office staff are fantastic. Can't say the same for one of the WoF inspectors. He was one of the most grumpiest person I have met. Absolutely 0 customer service and stink attitude towards everyone including office staff. I know because I heard the way he talks to them as well. Ironically there were other customers who said the same to me about him. The office knows who he is!

I came in to renew my license. Staff were friendly and efficient. I received my license very quickly in the mail.

The stuff was nice, worked fast, but the big minus was - the reception is small and the ac wasnt working at all. The place was packed with people and it was pretty hot outside. The door didnt have an option to be opened and stay opened. So at least to have some fresh air.

Well by looking at your previous reviews I am not going to be the first to say it’s shocking service! To the lady / staff! Behind the face mask who was working Friday morning was so rude to a patron it made me feel uncomfortable she was very un helpful as I watched her serve from behind the poor human person just needed to get their job done due to someone stealing their number plate and having to go thru that then to encounter the terrible service I nearly said to her to p@&$ off home if she doesn’t want to be there
So RUDE and don’t reply to me like the others to fill out a form
This review should be enough for you to go on
Maybe start having mystery shoppers to experience that service and see what you think management!

Thank you to all who gave a review, I was planning to go to this place for a wof but seeing all the bad reviews on here, I will no longer go. Seeing the same complaints from 11 months ago to 2 weeks ago about bad customer service clearly means that they have not done anything about it? GOOD Customers service is SO important! Please hire someone that has great customers service!

Absolutely disgusting service from the white lady on the front desk this morning. She was so rude and entitled! I followed the signs that said rego’s and so on as that’s what I needed and she was sat behind the driver licensing side “THIS COUNTER! ” Is what was said to me and then it was “FILL in THE FORM” no good morning or please and thank you’s at all.she has absolutely no respect for anyone and was too busy reading her Kindle! And she even handed me someone else’s drivers license back with my new number plates! Clearly she is more interested in reading her novel than doing her job. Also to note handing out someones else’s drivers licence to a third party is also a huge breach of personal/confidential information that could be misused which VTNZ would be liable for. She could really do with some coaching in customer service (i would recommend some role plays in customer service to provide her with the education she clearly needs) I have never dealt with anyone so rude in my life! VTNZ Henderson needs to take a serious look at their staff and the service they provide because currently it’s below average. Little did this woman know our family has a business with fleet vehicles that did use this establishment for all services - this will no longer be the case. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Be very careful if you choose to use this poor establishment and ensure you get your drivers licence back.

Went to renew my license. After waiting in line for 10 minutes I got to the counter at 12.24 pm and said I wanted to renew my license. The lady looked at the clock and said she was going to lunch in 5 minutes and I would have to come back after 1 pm.
What an absolutely disgusting attitude to customer service. If she had to go to lunch a little later for the purposes of good customer service that is what she needed to do.
Obviously, she doesn't need or want a job so I suggest you give her a permanent lunch break.

Worst customer service experience ever!
Couldn’t answer my question about the reason they failed my warrant. Rude and lack of knowledge.
Took to a real mechanic and asked to access fault. Response was there was no issue or fault with what was failed by VTNZ. Refund please!

My wife and I renewed our driving Licence today morning 13July22. We were served by two personnel who were friendly, efficient and courteous. We were in and out in a Breeze. Thanks for the good service.

Hubby did his drivers licence renewal with Sara, super efficient and fast service. Both Sara and Sharon were awesome. Big thanks from hubby for all your help

UPDATE: Hubby misplaced his licence and had to get another one
He was served with the same expertise and customer service level he experienced the first time he visited this branch
The staff may have changed but the service has only got better
well done team
