The accessor is so not in the mood checking our car and he even forgot to return our tire lock!

Weren’t much help and didn’t seem interested in helping but in the end pointed me in the direction I wanted

Went here the other day to register my trailer for first time staff were so friendly and helpful and worked great as a team was very happy with the service I recieve one lady was giving great training to other one and still service was very fast highly recommend

I've been going to VTNZ stations around Auckland for over 20 years, and Helai's customer service stands out! She's doing an amazing job!

Managed to get the first position in the morning for WOF which took about 20 minutes. Fast, smooth and friendly services.

Super expensive at $73.
If you get there at opening, you go right away. Check was done really fast!
I asked for a detailed print-out of everything that passed and the values like tread depth etc.and had to ask three people. Still didn’t get it in the end.

I went here for two pre purchase inspections as I was unsure about the quality of the cars being sold and needed an expert opinion. First car they spotted transmission problems right away which obviously the dealer had not disclosed, and the second car passed all their tests (with some minor issues that could be fixed at a cheap cost). Their technician Sung is amazing, and I can't speak more highly of this place. He goes through the checklist with you after the test, and made it easy to understand. The tests are thorough, and well worth the money:)

Quick great service. The lads took the time to point out things to look out for for next year's WOF. I used to work in the auto industry, things they advised made sense.

Wow. Fast efficient. And even at 8: 20 am before they actually open, onsite letting customers know whats going on. Great site!

Not well set up for waiting customers who have to stand waiting in the street. Need to rethink that one and do better.

Helpful lovely staff, well organised & best of all is.that Gary can do a WOF for a motorcycle.

Very poor service and do not know how to talk to customer. I went to this place around 4.15pm and that person told me to wait 5 minutes until he goes to wash room. Then he came stick my COF sticker on the driver side of the windscreen. Then I ask loading certificate and passenger certificates Then told me that cannot print that because of 4.34pm. Asked me to come another day

Just went here, friendly stuff but if you want the driver licence don't waste your time going here unfortunately we need to go to kingsland or elsewhere.

After inspection, reception who was on the phone returned the inspection report to me with a thumps up gesture. I assumed it was fine and then received a ticket the same day. I would have appreciated 1 minute to explain I had failed and the reason why so I could avoid the ticket. Big green sticker on report with pass/fail not circled didn't help either.

To the team at VTNZ Parnell. Inspection carried out at this place. Is one of the best in accordance with inspection requirements and with reasonable care and skill.

Thank you VTNZ and see you in 12 months for my next W. O. F till then keep up the good work

I will be booking for a "basic service" next, and coming from Takanini is worth it!

The receptionist was rude and needs some basic customer service training.i dislike my personal information being requested in front of other customers
