Bad customer service wait at the desk for 5 min before having to be asked to be serviced.

Your staff was not busy. She just did not ask if I need help after standing at the counter for a long time. I had to ask her if you would help me.

Great place to get a througher inspection if Safety is your priority. Will get all my vehicles here.

Pretty disappointing drop in friendliness and professionalism since we last went to this branch in 2021.
They seem to focus more on trucks and I ended up waiting almost 2 hours. Odd since it seemed like 2 people did the same checks on the car, and then it failed on a couple of little things that had the mechanics shrugging their shoulders.
Friends of the staff also seem to be able to jump the queue.
Check the queue before going in and maybe consider a different branch if you have a smaller vehicle. And $78 seemed like a huge hike over last time.

Good, friendly service at this location. Chose the wrong time of year to get a WOF as the wait was about 2 hours, but I had nothings else to do. Vending machine onsite to grab a Coke and free coffee available.

Excellent service. The girl behind the counter was lovely, so friendly and also professional.

With the new road lay out, I couldn't work out how to get there, went three different ways and still unable, gave up.

It is so hard to find the entrance to it.you literally have to go through the airport and go through the no way through.

To top it off Jacinta is not very customer friendly.

Very poor and unprofessional. The two Indian guys work there are so racist the way they handle their own people and others. I do not recommend this branch especially the Indian guys working their. Racist and rip off.

Quick and easy process days out from Christmas when all other garages were fully booked. No issues at all. Thanks everyone.

Extremely well-oiled machine. The rate at which the team turns over vehicles is quite impressive, I had to go back for a re-check and thought I was going to have to wait an hour, was about 20mins.

Customer service lady was abit strange laughing as I chose the wrong Registration paper which didn't seem funny and I just felt unease, except the young fellow knew, it was not professional for her so he helped me along the Forms and served very well.

Excellent customer service a long with quality of work. Came for convenience and speed during pre Xmas rush for wofs. Would recommend.

The best one in Auckland, New Lynn location is near to me (they are bad), but still I like to come here all the time.

Good place for WoF 's. No need to book, you can just turn up, and wait for the Vehicle Inspectors to do their thing, and then drive away, all within about 10-15 if it's quiet. The staff are friendly, and helpful, and the facilities clean and tidy.
