Today's service made me very uncomfortable, because I had some problems with my ears, so I could not clearly hear the low voice. The man at the counter gave me a wink when I tried to ask him to repeat what he said, and the expression on his face was very unfriendly, which made me feel lost and even dared not communicate with others. I was very afraid of the impact on my future life

Great, fair and reasonable group of people, I've been going here for donkeys years, Very reassuring to have a VTNZ warrant with children

Went there to renew my license first thing in the morning, everyone I talked to was very helpful, must say I was first in line but in less than 15 minutes I was finished and gone. Great service, efficient staff.best place to go for licensing renewal.

Had my practical driving test and James K is an awesome instructor he manages to explain everything in detailed and very concerned on how you will improve your driving skills I passed the test. Thank you so much

I went to 2 VTNZ places today because such a long wait over 40min Henderson was the same short staff no parking

Pathetic staff, illiterate, Manager don’t know how to speak with people looks like before coming to job she fights at home first

Went for my restricted driving test today and had James as my testing officer, he was exceptionally nice and helpful the whole test. I genuinely enjoyed the drive, James gave clear instructions for the entire test and I didn't feel overwhelmed at all taking the test.

I can't recommend vtnz new lynn for restricted testing enough.

Had Fraser S as my instructor, was very unclear with his instructions and had used over the top hand gestures to which he told me to go left but his hand was pointing right, he failed me on a completely different grading scheme telling me that there are 15 ticks you need and you can only get 4 not ticked off compared to the usual minor and critical errors that I know of, he would tell me that I can speed up at construction sights before passing the sign which I was told last time you needed to wait to pass the sign before speeding up, I believe his method is not in line with others grading I would avoid having him as your instructor.

Had fraser as my restricted examiner and he def has an attitude problem. Picked his nose the entire time and flicked it in my car, as well as his eyes. Passed though so all good.

I been there few times as support person with new drivers, Staff members are very rude and disrespectful towards clients. If you’re after vehicle service or registration, No issues but If you’re booking your driving test or any endorsement please avoid this place. These people are lack of compassion and customer services.

It's a very busy work place.
The team behind the counter did a brilliant job with the amount of people they had to process.
Recommend going in early.

Reception service was busy which made it slow but once my request was processed things moved at a good pace. My headlights were even cleaned for me. The staff I dealt with were polite, respectful and pleasant to speak with. All in all I was happy with the visit ️.

Don’t get a wof from here. Queue inside very big but staff at front desk big nice enough.
Failed on something factory and had passed since car was new.

Today at 8am, I had a great experience giving full licence test at Vtnz New Lynn. Fraser, my test officer, was very welcoming and friendly. He gave clear instructions. I was nervous before the test but his attitude made me feel relaxed. A big thank you for his attitude and clear instructions. Trust me, your test depends on your driving skills and test officer too. Some officers are so rude and unnecessarily strict which makes us make more silly mistakes. I am so happy and lucky, I got Frazer as my instructor.

I took my practical restricted test this morning.but sad to say i failed but the good thing is i learned a lot from it.thank u FRASER for doing your job well.god bless u and your family.

Just passed my test! Had EU as my driving instructor. Kind, informative and straightforward with the directions. Awesome person overall. Actually managed to keep my composure. Anyone IS EXTREMELY LUCKY TO HAVE HIM.

Nice and friendly staff! Went today with my gf for her driving test and she cleared it with flying colours!

Always seem in slow motion. Also put a recheck deadline on a public holiday and then suggested I pay for full recheck when coming in the first open day, one day after due by date. Not likely guys! Average.

Just trying to navigate the driveway in this place is a nightmare. Probably the worst layout imaginable, especially considering this is where everyone goes to do their driving tests so a lot of the time there's someone blocking half the entrance.

What ever happened to service with a smiles, seems like every time I go there everyone is unhappy, they need to look a Jay who is always happy.
