Passed my restricted today! Shout out for instructor Sanjay R.who is amazing and really supportive to made my test done for the first go! He was so calm and giving right instructions! Thank youuyy

Had my practical second time here and this time my instructer sanjay was awesome.he greeted me with a smile which made me less nervous.than before my drive he explained everything very nicely which made me very comfortable to drive.he is an awesome guy who knows how to give instructions and has no attitude and he made me feel very comfortable.one of the best driving instructors.thank you Mr Sanjay for being awesome at your job

We've witnessed others come and go, but none match the exceptional service provided by the welcoming and knowledgeable staff of VTNZ Manukau City. The testing process was seamless, and we felt confident in their care. Appreciative of their top-notch service—a true gem in the community's automotive scene!

The restricted licence testers are so efficient. We didn't have to wait very long at all. Don't forget to sign your name on the register before you test.

Berry such a rude instructor. His face tells that he won’t pass u even if u r going right. I asked him that if i can sit with my brother while he is appearing his test. He said do u have the same license, I replied i have class 1 full license but he replied rudely no u can’t. He asked my brother to change two lanes simultaneously when he denied that its not safe.he failed him for not listening to him.

Would NOT recommend this place. Instructor Barry - fails you for no reason. He told me u cant use blind spot, even i knw very well they guys noticed these all things. I dnt knw why he failed me. I saw one post about barry. 100% Yes they do their homework. This place is only making money from these untrained instructors.

I took my restricted driving test here with my husband accompanying me in the back and boy were we really impressed with the service and attitude of everyone working here. As soon as I drove into their premises, I unfortunately drove over a massive screw lying in the road. I was a nervous wreck and walked up to the counter to cancel my test as I thought this was the end of the road for me. The receptionist was extremely sympathetic towards me and he calmed me down and reassured me that I could still take my test as there was enough time to fix the problem. He took my husband to the tyre shop Coopers which is located right next to them to get the tyres replaced. The people at Coopers were extremely accommodating and made us first priority due to my test. They changed both front tyres in 20 minutes and I was able to take my test on time. My instructor was extremely polite and made me feel calm. He was by no means intimidating at all. Even when I made a few mistakes he kept his cool and told me not to worry. I am also pregnant and he was very kind and kept on asking me if I was feeling alright during the test. I will definitely be taking my full license here again. He gave me such helpful feedback after my test. What a fantastic experience I had here. Such professionals.

I changed my review as I had been over 2.50 hours, seems they had staff away and 16 cars waiting when he arrived to work and a couple of customers arguing their wof result, put them behind. U have quite a few customers comment they won't be back however because of the wait and seemingly lack or urgency

I will never recommend this place to anyone, they will do look for anything to make you fail, when arrived no one wat at the reception all instructors are very ignorant they act like they own the whole world, the choose who to be friendly to and make the pass and who to be unfriendly to and fail! Will never go back to VTNZ they just in business to make money nothing else! Testing officer: Barjinder S you are the worst among all!

I failed my first driving test, because even though I’ve been driving most of my life, Im really bad at taking test. With my first instructor I felt a little bit pressure just because we were both silent. But the second time, my instructor (Barry) immediately noticed my nervousness and he started a conversation. I felt like I was driving alongside a friend, the way I will be driving in normal circumstances. That simple gesture can help release the tension of being assessed.

Fast wof inspection (had 3 guys inspecting at the same time) and short queue for wof. However as of Jan 2023 WOF is $78 for sedan a bit expansive.

I have three commercial vehicles and I would say of all the branches I have ever dealt with, VTNZ Manukau City is the most helpful and supportive in keeping me and my clients safe on the road. Friendly, caring and professional.

Passed my restricted here. Had Azim R as my testing officer, he’s a beast, clear instructions and gave me good feedback. The reception had awesome service aswell. 100% would recommend.

I went in for my full license test (22/11/22) and passed. I had a great driving instructor Harun A. I was nervous the whole week leading up too my test, and the day of my test. But Harun A was kind which eased my nerves a lot.
Harun A was very clear with his instructions, very professional and comfortable to drive with. Thank you Harun A, also thank you to the ladies at reception, you ladies are so on to it with everything, you all were kind and approachable

Came to do cof. 1 examiner was ok he said tint is all good. Other indian said tint is too dark. 30% tint is legal, not dark

Worst service ever. Took my car for COF and was told to fix 1 thing. Went there 2 days later after repairs and was told i have to fix another 3 things.

Did my restricted test here few weeks ago. Pawan k was my testing officer he was amazing.highly professional and clear with his instructions. Afterwards gave feedback and things I needed to work on. Better not to go by the reviews as majority are negative and over exaggerated by disgruntled people. It all comes down to your vehicle control and road rules then you are sure to pass. Thanks pawan

Why did not let us pass the drive license? We did not nothing wrong! Can this branch have more examiner? Not fair!

It was difficult to Access. Parking sucked and the Driver Licence System was down. Had to go to another VTNZ
