The staff were so friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the extra effort they made to attempt to sort our problems.

Passed my COF with no trouble despite the warnings I was given a year ago!

Don't bother going you have to book now to get a Warrent of Fitness which is precisely the reason for going to vtnz out of other places in the first place, also pit stops closed on Saturdays now so that's a thing too.

Great service BUT you now have to book in for a warrant. Better system by far BUT only if you know

Arrived 21-06-2021 to get job done then told they dont do that here i then stated i spoke to you, She denied it until i stated i recognised her voice then fussed up.
No wonder I dont use or recommend vtnz! Go anywhere else and get much better service with respect.

The team are excellent.from office to inspection bay - you cannot fault their excellence.

30 mins to check & process my wof. Luckily there was noone else in the queue. (l have previously waited 3 hours for this check.) I did try to find the waiting time info beforehand. (. But couldnt find it)

A bit of a wait but worth it as a lovely receptionist (Michelle) and very efficient inspectors.

Slow, guy behind his desk takes his time.customers come first - if you can't be fast and efficient desk have have happy customers don't expect us to come back,

Waited 3 hours and only 3 cars - rather next time go somewhere else that's more efficient and puts there customers first

Slow moving no consideration for people waiting, needs more staff and more lanes, getting too busy for a small shop.

VTNZ was short-staffed due to covid and the remaining staff while obviously stressed were calm, helpfull and professional.

No line.receptionist is abit rude about signing in. Had to repay full amount of cof, when only failed on a rear stop lamp broken lens.

Disgraceful discriminating policy of not allowing an unvaccinated person to enter the building or get a WOF if they are unable to wear a mask, even with a legitimate government issue exemption. Very sad to see this open advocation to discriminate, I will choose to support a business open to all in the future.

Great friendly staff. But a very long wait.
Yesterday I stood with the Tesla for two and a half hours. Today I wanted to make a Lexus - I didn’t hit it at all (arrived at 3pm). They say people stand five hours! Hello, I don't have that much time. "Unfortunately" I have 4 cars in my family. Sorry for my english.

Great place & did a great job but the waiting time to get in is a bit ridiculous (2 hours!) they definitely need a 2nd lane otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

Came in for the motorhome cof. Nicest all round vtnz staff I've come across! Considering they only have 1 testing lane and 1x wof/1x cof inspector they are calm, friendly and professional even with the mass amount of vehicles that queue up and spill out onto the road (like i did) and impatient rude customer's. We didn't mind waiting our turn. Thumbs up A+ work guys. Zac

Excellent team, hands down the best vtnz i have dealt with in the country. Will always take our cof's here.

Waiting 30 mins in my car to be told by security that there is a 3hr wait. 2 trucks 3 cars 3hrs what a joke and a bad one at that.

Warkworth VTNZ, I believe cop a lot of undue flack, I sure had to wait a while for the C. O. F but that's understandable given their conditions and COVID. Thank you
