Wai Water Septic Services & Maintenance

Todd was fantastic. I had been using another company to service and maintain my Jet Waste system (for ten years) but they quoted $1500 to pump my system out and then told me they were too busy to actually do it and my system should hopefully be fine for 5-6 months until they get around to it.

Todd to the rescue, sorted the pump out with Burnett's at a fraction of the cost and now maintains my system. He seems to know more about how they work than they do so I'd trust him to maintain anything (even the ones where the GM has posted a review saying don't use Todd as he hasn't gone through the accreditation for their systems).

We've found Todd great to deal with for the system we inherited with our property. When we had some problems not long after moving in others didn't want to know, didn't call back or wanted call out fees paid before even seeing or accepting the job. He is knowledgeable, professional, punctual, offers awesome service with customer service to back it up.

As General Manager, on behalf of BioCycle (NZ) Limited, I highly recommend any BioCycle system owners do not commission Todd or Wai Water to service or work on their BioCycle AWTS. BioCycle Ltd has trained and accredited Service Agents listed on our website. Utilising Todd's service will void all warranties on our products and you do so at your own risk.

Todd came out to fix a red light problem on our septic system. He is very knowledgeable, friendly & explained exactly how the system worked all for a very reasonable price! Thankyou.

Great service. Very easy communication. Responsive and did an excellent job including providing a report to Council regarding condition of tank. Highly recommended.

Had a sanipump toilet that stopped working, gave Todd a call and he prioritised the job and was able to sort it quickly. He knew what the problem most likely was and told me over the phone. Proved to be correct and fixed it in record time and has charged me a very reasonable price. Would not hesitate to call him again.

Todd is great guy for what his doing, my basement pump tank was blocked and called the dealer but the dealer made excise for not provide maintenance instead to suggest for install a new tank.called the Todd Jolly in the morning and he came at noon time and got the pump tank fixed and re installed it back, he is very knowledgeable technician, can provide an efficient and effective solution to your problems.he did a great job for my property and including to provide a sewerage pump user guides to remind the guests on how to use the pump properly.
