Amazing! Called then within like 20mins drive in and fixed my light. Honestly was the best service made my day (after having a terrible one) I am a first time customer and I will definitely pick Wairau Brakes as my go to!

I came to see these guys to get a seal kit for an older tractor. I wasn't hopeful of getting the parts but Wairau Brakes came through.

It was exceptional experience to deal with friendly, knowledgeable and helpful people. I will be back for anything to do with brakes. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service, I was looking for a seal kit for my 90 Toyota Cressida, and Wairau Brakes was recommended as guys who knew their stuff. I wasn't disappointed, as the guy went beyond normal service and matched up the necessary parts. Totally recommend them.

The guys here are super helpful. From the first phone call to dropping in. The team at Wairau Brakes were Quick, polite and helpful compared to other companies who didn't seem interested in the "small job".

They quickly manufactured a replacement line for us and the quality of the work was top notch.

These guys gave really great customer service and were generally a delight to deal with. Perhaps a little higher priced than I would have liked for the work but they did provide a courteousy car for free, so I guess its fair enough. Recommended for efficient servicing.

Needed to get a small length of brake line made up for a classic car. Having called a few places and got the usual, we are too busy, cant help or it will be at least 3 weeks before we can do anything. I called and spoke to Stu and he said "sure come down, I'll do it while you wait.
The pipe was still on the car, he looked at it, measured it and made it in 10 minutes. No fuss, no excuses, no BS.

Super nice people, took a look at a brake imbalance issue and helped me out super fast free of charge since there was no real issue. Too often mechanics will find an issue where there isnt one to get some extra cash but not these guys. Super appreciative. Very honest and generous. Definitely reccomend.

Having had a couple other "well known" clutch servicing companies, telling me my clutch is no longer useable. Then trying to sell my new clutches, these guy AT Wairau Brake Services knew I had some mechanical knowledge and didn't play me.

Great service and kept their word. They gave an initial estimate of costs and despite encountering extensive issues caused by corrosion that took more than five times longer to fix than estimated they did not bill the additional time and kept to their original estimate. I will happily return to this business in future.
