Easy to find. Great parking. Staff were wonderful, super knowledgeable and keen to get to the job done. I was treated for Acupuncture and osteo with great results. Will be keen to try massage next.
Highly recommended. I've also had a infrared sauna. Very comfortable and lovely shower room close by to freshen up afterwards.

Beautiful inviting space with lots of parking. I've had 2 osteo appointments with Taurere and he is amazing! I walk in stiff and tense and float out feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I'm looking forward to trying pilates with Christina. Definitely recommend.

Yesterday was my first infrared sauna and what a lovely, sweaty time. Gorgeous sauna everything was so well considered, wow what a profound sweat you get on, much nicer than trad sauna, cold shower after was heaven. Kate was awesome, I’m making this part of my weekly on going care … 30mins all to myself to just let it go.
Slept beautifully last night and feel lighter today. Toxins are def moving on. Look forward to trying some other services The Hub offer. This place is great and affordable, consider that the same sauna experience is up to $75 in central suburbs.

Had some red light therapy, it definitely helped boost energy level.

Amazing! I'm a newbie to Pilates, and I felt so comfortable and safe in this space. I loved their use of te reo Māori. It made me feel more at ease. Highly recommend!

My experience with the infrared sauna at the Waitakere Health Hub was fantastic. It was clean, well set up, and they thought of everything. From towels, to electrolytes for the water, a speaker for Bluetooth, soap and moisturiser. I used it for muscle pain and it helped relieve some pain and increase mobility. I will be returning!

This clinic really cares about your wellbeing. The osteos, acupuncturists amd massage therapists are experienced, knowledgeable and friendly and i love the infrared sauna! They now have a studio with a range of class too.

After a few weeks of Tennis Elbow I finally went to seee Rachel who after one acupuncture session removed most of the tenderness. Didn't help with my game but there is only so much they can do.

Also help diagnose a few other pre existing, non related conditions I had. Having that holistic view certainly helps

Lana is amazing and has helped wtih chronic lower back pain making my work day so much better. Justin has been brilliant with acupuncture and sorted out my tight neck and shoulders. What an amazing team

I'm a builder who injured my shoulder. Justin Miller at Waitakere Osteo has been doing an exceptionally good job healing it using acupuncture, massage and osteopathy. I needed a miracle, and Sheehan Robb of Waitakere Osteo gave it to me. My Sicata has been painfully playing up for a week or more, I was beside myself and getting despondent. I made an appt, and Sheehan was amazing, I manged to walk out of her office not pain free, but feeling much easier, and freer than when I went in, and after taking painkillers for the week, I did not need to take them as regularly. She really is a miracle worker and I'm so grateful to her.

I have visited Lana here several times, she is a wonderful osteo who truly takes the time to listen to her clients. She has worked hard on fixing my many back, hip and neck issues and I've never felt better

Justin Miller is a great physician knowes his stuff, listens to you and actively tries to fix you with a range of techniques.

This is a good clinic. Comfortable and full of approachable staff. Justin has been working on me for a while. He is methodical, friendly and always willing to give advice.
