Exception service and quality of work. My car was damaged by John Andrew Ford during a service, after a lot of denial, they agreed to repair it at Wakefield. The repairs were excellent, a bit of a delay with a long weekend and Ford sending out incorrect parts, but we got there in the end (not Wakefield's fault). Harvey did an amazing job of cleaning inside and out, thank you!

Dishonest, incompetent and bullying interactions with this company. When I called to ask why work on the car was delayed, They told me that they were waiting for the insurance company to approve their estimate, but I called the insurance company and found out they had not sent an estimate. My car was taken in with a damaged fuel line and bumper, they returned it to me without addressing the fuel line, then lied to the insurance company about it. They parked my car illegally on the road and got 2 parking tickets, which they threw away to hide them from me. The owner Rob was bullying. I would not recommend Wakefield to anyone.

Great service, workmanship and advice. I only went in for colour matching so I could fix a few rust spots on my car. I got the exact colour very reasonable plus they gave me some free primer. Previously they did an insurance job which was excellent work and they were able to source a second hand bumper which saved me a ton and ended up looking like new. Very happy!

So friendly and fantastic communicators by both email and phone. These guys did an amazing job on my Mazda, turned around a big job within a week. Even cleaned her till she shone inside and out which I am equal parts extremely embarassed about and extremely grateful for. Thanks heaps!

Jacky and his team did an excellent job on truck and Jacky kept me updated all through the process. I couldn't have asked for a better quality of work and professional finish. My Ford dealer was so impressed with the finish I'll be surprised if they don't recommend Wakefield Panelbeaters. For my performance vehicle I wouldn't trust it to anyone else to get any work done. We dealt with Wakefield through our insurance when my car was stolen and needed repairs. The service here is really good everyone we spoke to is really helpful even when we had to go back to get something fixed. Would highly recommend

Extremely expensive place and they try also to sell you repair for parts that doesn't require a fix. The highest price quote I ever gotten.

Worst repair I have ever got with rude way of talking. Did wrong job and asking for money to fix that job again. Ridiculous.

Though there customer service may not always be the best. They do excellent work. Would definitely recommend.

Best panel beaters in Auckland. I (stupidly) pulled the bumper off my car and took it in for a quote. The guy took it out the back and fixed it within 15 mins. Free of charge. Professional & friendly service at it's best. Do yourself a favour and use these guys.

Wonderful service, quote/dropoff/pickup was a breeze. Repair was done well and car was also cleaned, very nice to see on pickup.
