Gorgeous shop and beautiful array of sleepwear, linen and homewares. The two ladies on Sunday were charming to talk to and very friendly.
I absolutely LOVE Wallace Cotton and have shopped online and in-store in the past. The other day I bought a pillow online to match my other Wallace Cotton pillows at home but accidentally purchased one the wrong size. Today I popped in to the Rosedale branch to exchange it for the correct size. I was served by Karen who gave me a $15 store credit for the difference in price of the refunded pillow. I asked her 4 times in total if I could have a refund rather than a store credit and 4 times she attempted to deflect my attention on to something else in hopes of distracting me away from my question. It was a really odd experience. I found this really unfair as I am a student who does not have a lot of money but the small amount I do have, I have spent at the store. I would appreciate it if you weren't so small-minded as to think you can pull the 'Wallace Cotton' over my eyes with your red-herring.
I will continue to shop at Wallace Cotton but it wont be at this store. Trying and failing to trick your customers just so you can be staff member of the week is pretty sad.
Nice shop, lovely but expensive product. Just a shame that the supercilious sales woman didn't have a customer centric focus. You work in a shop lady.your job depends on me spending money here. So stop being so snooty and start making ME feel important. Retail 101
Ordered online and customer service was excellent and delivered within 2 days.
Finest quality linen with down and duck /goose feathers which you cannot get same percentage combination in a retail chain store. Pricey but worth every cent.

If you love good quality cotton and linen products - this is the place to find them. They also have a loyalty program so you can earn points and get substantial discounts. You'll get excellent value for money, this is worth every cent.
If your looking for beautiful bed and kitchen linen this is the place. Limited parking but you can park on the street.
