I took my car to Warkworth Collision Repairs because of a water leak problem. They stuck a plastic sheet in the door with some glue, costing me $400. The bottom part keeps coming loose, probably because they pulled it too tight when they put it on. Now the tension keeps pulling the plastic off the glue, and I'm stuck with the same problem over and over.

I've tried reaching out to them so many times to get this sorted, but they're just ignoring my calls and messages. It's really annoying and a huge let-down. I thought I'd get top-notch service, but that's just not what happened. They've left me hanging and now I have to find someone else to fix their mess, and I have to pay for the same job a second time.

I took my RX-8 in after a rogue shopping cart attacked my rear door, after dropping it off, I believe it was ready for pickup in 48hours, the panel looks absolutely perfect, couldn't be happier. The pricing through WCR was so much more competitive than other companies I had approached and the work and communication from the team was awesome. Got some work that needs to be looked at with my Camper so that is next on the list!

This company really went above and beyond when they handled the repair of my Toyota through insurance to get the ignition and window repaired after an attempted theft. Brendan bent a couple of rules to let me have a loan car and also co-ordinated the
exchange of my non driveable car with the loan car without me having to spend the time hitching a lift with the tow truck driver to drive and collect it. I really don't know what I would have done without it as I commute to work. Highly recommended!

Excellent hassle free service, dropped down for an insurance claim on a broken light and was fixed in half a day after sourcing parts. Car came back sanitized and clean which was a nice addition. Would use again.
