I bought a house last year and have had a gutsful with terrible tradies and a lack of communication. I love and appreciate those who have been fair, humble and delivered high-quality work. Warm Windows have been the best of the best. Excellent communication, fast turnaround and high-quality product + installation. Thank you Warm Windows for setting the bar high.

We kicked off a full replacement of all the windows of our 1960's house in Auckland with Warm Windows a year ago. We did a mix of full frame replacements for rotting joinery, and inserts. The huge windows on the front our house are what makes it unique and we were pretty anxious about how it might look. The result is far better than we expected.

Warm Windows delivered on every front with Alex and Jr being standout. Our UPVC joinery is amazing, tilting every window during summer cools the place down down and turning is epic for cleaning those tricky windows and dumping out hot air.

The installers took huge care and worked with us, going above and beyond to ensure the job was well done.

Post install there were a number of things to work through, as you'd expect with a job of this scale. We felt supported and Warm Windows genuinely cared about getting everything right, taking pride in the final product.

We've had a year with the windows, during winter we barely need to heat the place and during summer, the rooms that would absolutely cook are cool, minimising our use of aircon. Fly screens were a great addition for keeping bugs out. Not to mention how quiet the place is now.

It was a big job, and we didn't have a clue what we were doing. Thanks for guiding us through it. Can't recommend more.

I used Warm Windows for our 1970s home in Glendowie and absolutely love the quality and service. We had previously used other companies for double glazing but the windows weren't exactly warm and offered little protection from noise. We went to the Warm Windows Showroom and could see the instant benefit of using European quality for this. Absolutely no regrets other than not having had them done earlier when we first moved into our home. We now have no road traffic noise and it is at least 2 degrees warmer in winter. We had three new doors with extra security lock and 8 new custom built windows. The installers were the hardest working people I have ever come across. Warm windows are a great team to work with. There were problems with the installation at my house, but the team worked well with my builder and us homeowners to problem solve effectively. The product is of high quality, and the team just like the windows, were friendly and warm. I would highly recommend this crowd.

We'd just finished replacing 15pieces of Joinery for our whole house with WarmWindows.it's so quiet now I can hardly hear the kids with Sirens on the street.

We looked at a few uPVC companies for quotes and decided to go with WarmWindows largely based on the great reviews i've seen online. They are a manufacture in Auckland and have been around for a while.
I must say that Igor (and Junior) were very helpful and patient in taking us through the entire process from the initial phone call to the showroom visit and then taking us through the measuring and ordering process. They were very patient with my questions and took time to help me understand the process.

(We have a 70yr old weatherboard house with rotten wooden windows and walls/floors that are not perfectly plumb or level- but it didn't seem to faze them)
They were tidy, respectful of our household, on-time and an absolute pleasure to work with on-site as they made sure that we felt that we were in safe, tidy and experienced hands. It was very reassuring to see how much they took pride in their work and I can't thank them enough. I'd highly recommend requesting to book for James and Junior as your installers.

Warm Windows replaced all our old wooden joinery in our home in Auckland, their product is fantastic and the installation crew did an amazing job. I spent quite a bit of time looking at alternatives, both Aluminium and other PVC providers. We have heard horror stories of poor installation of windows so took our time to look at options. Our friends had used WW and recommended them. Went with PVC as they are thermally insulated unlike aluminium (they don't conduct heat or cold). Very glad I went with WW and their PVC product. We chose the laminated windows (this reduces UV light by 98%) and argon gas filled. The windows have made a huge difference to our house, no more condensation in winter mornings, our house is now much quieter and warmer. Loving the digital lock on the front door and double stays on the windows (means you can lock them with a slight opening, great for summer). Highly recommended.

These guys are the best! Seriously one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. Nothing is too much trouble. We got them to come do a quote for our house with lots of windows about 12 years ago and we then got them in every few years do do a batch of windows as we saved up. Since then we have had over 30 windows and doors installed by them and the service has been top notch every time. Our once damp house in the bush is now super dry and warm with doors and windows that look as good as they did the day they were installed. One of their techs Ivan has been here today to do a little service job on a door and while he was here asked if we wanted him to do a look over all our other doors as part of the service.insanely good customer service and so professional thanks Ivan you rock!

This is the 3rd time we have used Warm Windows. This time it was to replace a back door. Very happy with the quality of the product; the service and the installation. We will use them again when we replace more windows and doors.

It's not often that I have positive things to say about companies in the building trade, but this company and product is fantastic. We have replaced a house lot of joinery. The quotes were promptly received. The communication was excellent regarding the schedule, the installers turned up on time, were polite and cleaned up well. Most importantly though the joinery is fantastic, it looks and functions amazingly. Thanks Junior for your reassurance and timely manner when sorting out the issue we had with a flashing. I have rated you 5 out of 5 because of the excellent performing product, and the way you dealt with the issue with the flashing. This is a company that runs like German engineered clock work, and the Junior and the team deserve their excellent reputation. We had most of our single glazed, extremely leaky windows (big, long windows) replaced by these guys.

A few years have gone past. The weatherboards need repainting, roof needs maintenance and some doors need repairing. Thank goodness our windows have not needed any work and our house is so much warmer.

I normally take Web reviews with a pinch of salt. But in regards to Warm windows reviews they are totally correct. They have just replaced all windows and doors in my two rental properties. From start to finish the whole job was completed effortlessly. From my first phone call to the instant response, to the quick measure and quote. They arrived on time, fitted in a very quick and efficient manner by Alex and his team. They even had one staff member dedicated to keeping the job site clean and tidy. Every thing Warm windows promised they delivered with bells on.
Very impressed with the service and quality of the job. Well done Junior, Alex, and Warm Windows. I would strongly recommend them.

Helpful staff with coffee machine, seating and magazines while waiting. They gave us a hand moving the windows onto the trailer and securing them.

We are very disappointed and upset with quality of windows and rude customer service. Just waste time and 42K. Less then three years after installation we had to replace their leaky windows with proper ones. Keep out of them!
