They pick up my rubbish bin and green waste bin on time. They text and email in advance to remind green waste collection day. Overall great service.

They keep billing me even though I do not have a served with them anymore, cancelled last year.

Shocking service, cant even get bins delivered properly. Was told a day for bins to be dropped off to our new house, didnt show up, was then told another day.didnt show up and now have been told a 3rd day and guess what bins havent shown up. Rang customer support again to be told bins are not due for another 3-4 days. Have asked for a refund and will be using another company.
