Over $400 to repair a leak, absolute rip off. We had another plumber attend for an emergency repair and charged $150.

Our business got Referred to Matt from Watertight by a plumbing supplies company and we have always used them since due to the exceptional service and value they provide for us. Any opportunity I would refer their team as they have been exceptional compared to other plumbers I previously used.

This company was recommended by our building manager in our apartment. I asked them to do 2 jobs for me - one was to replace the bottle trap in the bathroom and the second one was to install an isolation valve under the sink in the kitchen. I sent my request via email with photos and not by phone so I have proof and hopefully we can avoid argument later. But the staff who read the email and assigned plumbers to customers didn't tell the plumber about the second job. As a result, the plumber didn't bring the required equipment/materials and had to get from the shop which wasted the commute time. The plumber did phone the company and then gave me a verbal quote of $250+GST before starting the 2nd job. I accepted it. However, when I received the invoice, they didn't respect the quote and charged me 5 hours labor + materials which ended up $883 for 2 jobs. Unlike other plumbers, they also didn't itemize the material costs in the invoice and only gave me the total sum. I sent them 2 emails to ask why but they ignored me. I think they ripped me off and they are dishonest. I won't recommend them to anyone.

I have called on Matt & his team multiple times to fix various items at my properties this year. They are always quick to respond to my cries for help, get to the crux of the problem and resolve the issue & then report back with pics on what was wrong and what it took to fix it. I would highly recommend their work.

We use Watertight regularly on our large commercial building. They must get at least a dozen jobs from us per month. Their work is outstanding. The service, pricing and generally everything is some of the best we have experienced. Highly recommend.

Watertight were responsive, prompt, effective, intelligent and informative about a gas hot water fault that had been elusive for some time. It was a pleasure to engage their services and have the issue resolved.

What incredible service we have just received from Watertight Plumbing. Firstly after our online request, we had a message back very quickly and they came to have a look on the next working day. Then they were able to schedule a time to do the work required the following day. Tim who came to do the job was fantastic - he had a real can do attitude, did a fantastic job in challenging circumstances and found a solution to something a bit tricky. I can't recommend this company more highly.

Had the most appalling experience with watertight back in 2016. They ensured to take the longest time travelling to get a washer. Then caused a leak and charged us for the privilege. Not sure how a leak spontaneously happens the day after a plumber has been.

The staff was so helpful and honest! I rang 8 leak experts, no one bothered to ask me for details and all rushed to book me in. But Watertight not only did ask me for details but also obtained water bills for analysis. They are there to solve problems not only to make money!
