We purchased an inverter for our mobile home. Before the purchase we contacted WAVEINVERTER online to ensure that the inverter would be sufficient for two specific appliances that she wished to operate in our mobile home, which David Jade Young assured us that was the case (took a screenshot of chat) confirming DAVID saying “THIS WILL WORK FOR YOU”. When the item arrived and was installed it would not function and simply displayed a fault, and rang David to return the item straight away as it was not fit for the purpose it was purchased for.
David from WAVEINVERTER resisted this, stating that it had been incorrectly installed. David demanding increasing levels of evidence. We have attempted to fulfil said demands, alongside having the item checked by 2 separate professionals (auto electrician & electrician), one of whom stated that the inverter was not fit for purpose, AND that some of the steps David from WAVEINMVERTER is demanding could cause damage to the mobile home. As a result of this process being drawn out, the item was returned in spite of the sales representative's resistance, to simply have him receive the box and not even bother opening it for over 3 weeks. Over a space of 6 weeks when pressed as to why we have not received our money back, David is now claiming that the item has been damaged and is using that as a reason to not refund the money paid for an item which was not fit for purpose in the first place. David now has the inverter and our money of $895. After continually contacting David he then said it was damaged therefore 2nd hand and would only refund $600. THE INVERTER WAS TAKEN OUT OF THE BOX TWICE FOR PHOTOS & VIDEO AND PLACED STRAIGHT BACK. ABSOLUTELY NO DAMAGE WAS DONE.

I have bought a number of these E2 style batteries and I haven’t had a single problem with any of them. The oldest I bought 4 years ago for my little campervan which was always suffering from flat batteries and problems with the solar system. Since installing these batteries, the solar system and batteries have been totally trouble free. Its not just that they have been trouble free but in some of the remote locations that I have been, its been the peace of mind and reliability that has helped make some of these trips so enjoyable.
I would certainly like to thank David for his excellent support and service over this time.

David at waveinverter’s would be the most helpful person I have had dealings with, he was quick to answer my communications when I needed answers to requirements and went out of his way to offer further explanations that were needed, I have no hesitation in recommending him at waveinverter and the range of top quality products available here in New Zealand without waiting on overseas deliveries from some suppliers who cannot find time to communicate.
Top rated professional suppliers as far as I am concerned.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Rang up to enquire about purchasing a charger from them got met with rudeness, condascending comments and the most unhelpful service you can imagine. Lost sale, avoid this crowd at all costs.

Items in stock, friendly and helpful, products couriered within 5 minutes of placing order. Ordering a second inverter and remote switch for my second campervan. Great quality. Very happy.

Worst Customer Service ever. Did not even get an item we paid for, wont return our emails or phone calls.

Products look fine but if you need aftersales you'll just be ignored. I had a large AGM battery which failed and became an incredibly heavy brick. He took the battery back to test along with the charger he'd sold me then completely stopped replying to communications, essentially stealing over $800 worth of his product back from me and now I'm completely without a battery and charger. It seems a pretty awful way to treat your customers and judging from a few recent reviews I'm not alone in this.

Bought a few SHT2000 humidity and temperature controllers. First one, the box arrived pretty munted - as it was shipped in just a plastic bag, but the controller worked fine luckily. With my second order I suggested to bubble wrap the product, but no response and arrived in a bag again. But worked. The next two controllers, same story.
I'm having some issues with all controllers where they shut off when they're not supposed to (at 100% humidity on sensor). Got one quick reply 10 days ago and I replied back almost immediately. Have sent my reply numerous times now, but no response (and my email was just an answer to his question).
Edit, 2 weeks later: When one of the units started having a fault, I contacted WaveInverter again and this time I got a quick response and a new unit was sent straight away. Whether this is because of this review or just coincidence, I don't know, but that's a great service. The parcel was also carefully wrapped this time.
Long story short; The products are pretty good for what you pay for them, shipping is within 2 days, which is fair, but service can be a bit iffy.

Really great service, I was impressed with the fast communication and helpfulness with my extra requests.

Wonderful service from knowledgable staff. It was nice to receive a call from Wave Inverters after installation to see if we were happy with the product.
We now have perfect toast in the caravan. A must for all good holidays.

Very impressed with the durability of solar panels purchased from Waveinverter. One panel was badly damaged by people throwing rocks and amazingly the panel still managed to output a very low amount of power to help keep our gear running even with a huge hole right through it!

I have purchased several times and have had no issues what so ever. Great product for what they cost.

I have purchased several items from Waveinverter. Battery chargers and inverters. All have performed as intended with no problems. Delivery has been rapid and when promised. If I need more gear in the future, I will be shopping at Waveinverter.

Very happy with the service and the products. I generally do quite a bit of research before buying but I won't need to look any further in the future because I know David has it sorted. When it comes time to expand what I have, I will definitely be back in touch.
