All the staff were so helpful. My friend and myself had quite a few queries with a claim and some new insurance which took a long time to resolve. It was late Friday afternoon and the ladies stayed even tho it was well past their home time. 1st class service - Thank you
What experience, wish they would return calls by email or phone. Not the first time this has happened
We had our insurance with a broker for 20'ish years when he retired it transferred to this lot. Absolutely hopeless. We couldn't even find out from them what we had insured with them - one star is one star too many.
Poor communication and customer service. Allowed our insurance to lapse and then attempted to increase premiums without justification. Did not attempt to remedy our concerns.
