It been more than 2 weeks I have expressed my concern with the below post.
Are you going to reply to my query, is it too much to ask from you or do you reply to only positive reviews?

Hello Wayne
I have been to you a couple of time, insurance related and my experience has always been good.
However the last experience was appalling.
After an accident my son gave his car, which was still drivable to your company to get it fixed (rear bumper job)
When my son came and picked up his car, he noticed the hand break was not disengaging inspite of releasing the hand break lever all the way down.
On calling you guys and speaking to Troy, he said it was a wear and tear issue and it wasn't accident related however as mentioned when we gave the car to the garage, it was in drivable condition with no hand break issues.
My question here is when we gave the car with no issues why is it we received it after your panel job done with a hand break issue.
My son even found a spanner left next to the hand break lever in the car when he went to pick up.
My question here is who takes responsibility for this.
Fyi, the car has been sitting in my garage since the time it has been picked up from your garage due to the hand break issues.

It's not eligible for 1 star but there is no choice so I had to put 1 star. They fixed my front bumper and painted 1 year ago and after 5 months paint was coming off so I went there and asked them they said might be manufactured fault so they painted again. Was last long for 7 months and I went there today to check paint was coming off they said we didn't paint your lights and they try to make stories. So I would say not to go there for any panel beater stuff.

I had a car accident, told by my insurance to choose a panelbeater on their list. I chose them because it was also suggested by a car mechanic I know. However, it's taking longer than expected. They just say they made the order but I feel no sense of urgency. I wasn't told earlier that the problem itself is Nissan until I received a call from my insurance almost 2 months from the accident. The problem here is no proper communication from panelbeater and insurance to the customer. I want to stick to my 1 star rating as I'm a disappointed customer.

They are efficient and professional. There approach to panel beating work is something I haven't seen in a long time. We would recommend them to anybody that needs professional panel beating.

I’d just changed over number plates for my car at VTNZ whose staff watched me struggle for 15 mins to try and get my rear plate on the car - without offering to help - before I gave up. There was a bend in the base which was preventing the screw from going in.

I nipped across the road and without complaint the guys at Wayne Scott leapt into action, 5 mins later I was ready to go. They refused my offer of payment and sent me on my way with a smile. Kindness is never forgotten, and while I hope to never have to need their panelbeating services I want to pop a recommendation up for anyone searching for good people to do good work. Thank you!
