5 I'm not happy about making this review.
Mark inspired confidence during our first contact. His quote was noticeably above market, but he promised great quality in the report. He was also very flexible to rearrange other appointments to meet my request for an urgent inspection. The job was done as scheduled and the report was delivered on time with very good quality.
After reading it, I only needed to have a brief catch up to wrap up a couple of points that could change the direction of the deal. Unfortunately, Mark never made himself available after sending the report. I tried contacting him during the times he said he would be available, but he never answered any of my several attempts to reach him via phone and text messages, which was quite disappointing and strongly impacted the value I got from hiring his services.

Mark was fantastic to deal with. He was professional, communicative and very thorough. He provided us with a 120 page report which explained the condition of the interior and exterior of the house we were looking to purchase for our first home. His report was easy to follow and not biased in any way - just very honest. As well as the report, he also met my partner at the house we were looking to buy, and explained in person what he had discovered during the building inspection. His thorough inspection and report gave us a great deal of clarity and comfort when it came to deciding if we should purchase the property or not.
