Absolutely useless company, don't keep a track on new techs and there work, had heaps of issues with my power meter replacement cause frank energy sez it's dated that a simple job, left messages and get nothing and still no hot water for my babies and special needs child for a whole week, someone needs to report this to the fraudulent department.and don't deserve 1 star and tech's pretending to play dumb saying it was my fault not understanding power meters, the new guy didn't reboot and no code's.useless

Absolutely useless company to be at the mercy of. Takes them a month to change a meter to import / export. Spent and paid $24,000.00 for a solar system installed and these guys cant change a God dam meter. No wonder the country is. Don't blame it on gib board, Omicron or no petrol. Just pathetic

Wells disconnected my power by mistake for almost one day and come back next morning to reconnect it pretending that was a loose wire not a disconnection.
This are the pictures proving that by mistake the technician disconnected unit number 3 (Tag #289544) and next morning come back to reconnect it and disconnect unit number 2 (Tag #289543).
It's really hard to understand that even having all the pictures this company keep calling me a liar.
I have to disposed more than $400 in food, send all my family to sleep at my friends house and have dinner and breakfast in a petrol station and we having even received an apologies yet! Totally wrong guys!

Great company to use for all your industrial electrical and instrumentation. Give them a call.

Technician came to update my meter. Disconnected the alarm I never use and told me he would leave a card so I could contact them if there were problems, which he didn't do. Now the alarm is sounding perpetually. I called the Wells office, supposedly open for another 1.5 hours and no-one answers the phone. The answerphone doesn't work either!
