Wendy was the perfect person for us. She had a great understanding of the market and gave us fantastic guidance on what the best approach would be. Once we had established a realistic goal, Wendy was driven to help us achieve it. Even as the market was changing, Wendy ensured we knew what she thought was the best approach and why she thought that. We were always kept us up to date.

This is the second time we have been able to use Wendy for our Family. Although operating in Covid restrictions Wendy gave us clear information at the outset and kept us informed during the pre auction process of viewing.
