I'm a convert, this is my go-to store for shoes. All the kids get outfitted here and the service is pretty darn good. The selection is only beaten by the customer service and helpful tip#1 go back with all the kids for a better price.

It was only 5min and the service was awesome pretty much read my mind before I can say it he already had the perfect shoes for meblown away from how I missed good ol customer service then lookin online and the variety was quality labels the price too is cheap and affordable an with the laybuy app omg I've been back 6 times in three months for my family perfect shoes for my 16month old daughter comfy adidas sandles that last longer then the 6pairs from the warehouse and the price was and her dad even found the perfect pumas nice wide fit and at first he got a size to small but our friends were too quick to already have the next size up to be sent through to be picked up. You pretty much walk in an I swear he reads your style and size and is not even there to pressure u to buy from my family thank you so much

Really God prices, great selection, super helpful and friendly, have so many sizes, cosy store - would be perfect if it were a little bigger. But they also sell mean caps? V nice, great price too!

This is a great "old school" style shoe shop. Vinesh knows his shoes and has run this shop in Henderson for decades. The small shop is packed with shoes, has a great range and good prices. Thanks for the patient friendly service.

Best shoe store in west Auckland absolutely love my pink high top chucks and my black low cut chucks, I want more colours hehe. Highly recommend west city shoes for the whole family:) great friendly service also.

Love this store good price and good brand and the shoes last long I remember I brought a pair of jandles from this place and it lasted more then a year and they are very comfy too will never go anywhere to go and buye my shoes. Owner is super friendly he knows what he is talking about when it comes to shoes he has got all the sizes if you are looking for a particular shoe and size he's the man to ask if he ain't got in the store you will order it for you. This place is always packed with people especially when it comes to Christmas shoes makes the best presents I dont know where to shop for my shoes if we didn't have this store around.

Our family have been shopping here for years because of the owner's excellent friendly service. He really knows his stock and can recommend the best shoe for the activity and specific foot shape. Good for school, sports and branded casual shoes.
