The Live Nation competition QR code did not seem to work on any android phone, only on iPhones. Confirmed with the concierge on this! Hence the 4 stars.

Great experience with plenty of free parking if you have the app and the selection of shops is amazing

Having got a new phone and went and got a 2 degrees sim card (I really like the 2degrees company) put $10 on it and then could not download the app, spent 3/4 an hour talking to the help desk and the lady helped and fixed up that. The next day tried the app again and there computer was down. The next day with the computer going I found the credit had gone! Rang the help desk another 3/4 hour a man told me (it's gone and and was hung up on) the next day went to Newmarket 2degrees shop met with a lovely young man who fixeded up the credit and programmed up the app. The last man totally fantastic, the lady from the first call wonderful, the man on the second call well! At the end of the day 2degrees is a fantastic company and 2 out of 3 people also fantastic to, And so much better then all the other companies A1+

Lovely atmosphere, especially if you visit the rooftop. Don't understand the reviews complaining about higher prices.what do you expect when you're in Newmarket? You're paying for quality, in a nice area. Good selection of stores, but it is easy to get lost if you aren't used to the building: make good use of the maps scattered throughout the mall.

Toxic mall, filled with egotistical staff and self entitled customers. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be around racists and narcissists.

Went to an adult birthday at Bodrum Kitchen on the top floor. We enjoyed awesome tasting Turkish food and drinks in an area aside from other customers. Service was fast and easy excellent.

If you enjoy being a cog in the wheels of consumerism and late stage capitalism then this is the place for you. If it hurts you to mindlessly consume and you don’t want to be reduced to a commodity with a credit card then this isn’t the place for you. Poorly run and they charge for the carpark as if it wasn’t bad enough that you have to put up with Christmas music from mid September onwards. Boooo.

I entered the mall via Mortimer Pass to go to Countdown and I found the carpark very confusing. I didn't know which level I was on and there are arrows with numbers but I had no idea what the numbers meant. I seemed to drive around forever and the only sign I saw was 'Shops' but still I didn't know which level I was on.
I've read through the reviews and hundreds have complained for years about the hideous charges for parking yet 'the owner' has changed nothing.

A modern mall offering many premium shops with nice restaurants, food outlets and banks. Free two- hour parking with Westfield Plus app an incentive to shop there.

Lovely place, though disappointing there is not a better place that offers phone repairs! Had a horrible experience with Phone Zone and their customer service is atrocious.

Something for everyone. From food to fashion and great bars on roof top. Prices not great in bars yet they never are in these places. All other items priced same as other WF premises.
