Outstanding work and people. Had my car repaired after wall bumped at me (lol) and you wouldn't even know. Had my car returned after couple of days, repaired, washed and cleaned. They also gave me great car while my car was getting repaired. Very quick and reasonable prices to. Would highly recommend!:)

I recently had my car repaired and I was very impressed with the service I received. The staff were friendly and helpful. The work was done to a high standard, and my car looks like new again. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy panel beater.

Asked for my insurance premium $ before giving quote then quoted me $1250 (3 panels) for a small scratch, $250 above premium conveniently.
Went to a different panelbeater and was quoted 700. Disappointing

WestLynn Painters and Panelbeaters have restored my faith in humanity! Having had my brand new car vandalised last week, I met Drago from WestLynn Painters and Panelbeaters by chance at Giltrap Prestige. He kindly offered to try and fix a bad scratch and asked me to call in the following day and leave it for an hour. On my return not only had they miraculously managed to repair the deep scratch but they offered to replace the paint protection to the area. What a wonderful outcome to an upsetting act! The team were excellent! Gary and the women on front desk all so friendly and professional. I would highly recommend their work and their customer service was outstanding! I will continue to recommend them and use them again happily. Thank you!

What a nightmare to deal with! Someone verbally told my partner they would assess the car at the tow yard. Nothing happened. I followed up with the insurer who spoke to them and got the car towed there. I followed up a week later and apparently they just sent the car away. THEY GOT THE CAR TOWED AWAY WITHOUT TELLING ANYONE AND NOW WE DONT KNOW WHERE IT IS! Honestly. What a joke. I am on the phone to the insurer who is trying to locate it now. Thanks for wasting weeks of my life.

Awesome experience! Great communication, finished earlier than initially indicated, super slick job on the bodywork and my car was cleaned inside and out, which was a lovely surprise. Would definitely and gladly recommend the team here, and use again.

Really great service. The car was fixed faster than they quoted and I received my car back cleaned (inside out). Really good operators!

Poor customer service from the outset. Had to to take the vehicle back 3 times for them to get the repairs right. Some parts were not even replaced after the accident. Failed WOF post repairs - headlight they replaced had not been aligned. Courtesy car was also a death trap. 1 star rating, would not use again.

Took Audi in for insurance assessment, door sill area dinged, guy took multiple photos of damage, (included whole door side). One week later picked up car BUT only door sill part replaced. Area on door panel scratches from accident not repaired. Answer was ' I didn't know'. Was the same guy who took the photos of the damage. Car ready next day, Should have been done right the first time.

I have used this team for several repair jobs. They are open before 7 am and are always direct and good at their work.
They are my local place and I have always found them easy to deal with and straightforward.
They go the extra mile giving me a lift back to work etc. They have been good to us.

Drago, Troy and Anne were awesome as. Unfortunately I had two jobs to be done, But they did an amazing job from top to bottom even vacummed my car (I have a dog haha). Really impressed would definitely recommend and the cleanest loan cars I have ever seen. Very good local business to get in behind and support I will definitely go there again
