Amazing service! We wanted a particular colour of the War Paint anti-fouling to paint our boat this weekend. When our local store didn’t have it in stock, I called head office. What would normally take 5 days (mixing and delivering) - they arranged for us in less than 24hrs (we made the call to pick it up ourselves). When I arrived at the store it was ready and waiting. Thanks for your help guys!
Wet & Regret. The only thing this place sells is a placebo effect, well marketed and that’s all it has going for it. Stay well clear in our opinion.
Used wet and forget on metal tile roof twice with hose spray applicator, with little or no effect, from April 17 to Feb18
Gota love these Kiwi products, exceptionally awesome staff in the North Shore shop, they are super helpful - explained how the products are safe to use around pets and kids as they don't have the chemicals other brands do, have used the rapid a few times now and its super easy plus the deck cleaner, it worked a treat on our pine deck.they also stock the BEE products that you used to get at the supermarket, these are awesome and its great to see them back. Cheers guys keep up the good work.
Very slow service when you purchase online considering they are based in Auckland, I can get items from America quicker, I have placed an order it is now day 2 and no sign of it being shipped. Poor customer service
I rang Wet and Forget Mirangi Bay, lost on Apollo Drive and she sent me in the wrong direction. Was not that helpful with directions, other than we are on left. It would have been more helpful if she named other businesses near her shop.
Highly over priced for what I bought - "Hit the deck" a small tub for over $60 and discovered it was basically washing powder - told my friend not to bother, she just used a couple of scoops of washing powder in a bucket of warm water - had the same affect. Bought it late Thursday afternoon and then they sprung a sale starting next day but was told too late I couldn't get a refund - so felt ripped off twice! The wee broom I also bought to scrub the deck was good though.
Went there on Thursday. Bought goods at full price. On Friday radio ads announced 20% discount for Friday-Saturday-Sunday.
Tiger's Paw not the magic I was expecting and I noticed that my somewhat negative comment on your Facebook page also disappeared very quickly. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the "Hard Water Deposits" on my shower doors and side panels.
As I have mentioned before.a cheap Magic Eraser Pad with any dish-washing liquid and some elbow grease will do the same compared to the $89.95 dollar Tiger's Paw.
A bit of a rip-off I would say!
