I had an unhappy experience a long time ago, when they just moved the shop location. The owner and his son are good person, however you may rethink your pricing joks to customer that unhappy with the fix and price.

Very friendly and especially helpful staff. Went to get some pants and got a way better long dong.

I ordered some hiking pants online based on their sizing recommendation and they were much smaller than expected. I called and asked if they could be exchanged or returned and they have a strict no return policy even for a change in size. Bit disappointed.

Got my wetsuit repaired, they were friendly and listened to my requirements, did a very quick and high quality job. Definitely recommend.

Awesome experience with the staff at wettie very helpful very informative as I'm a rookie wanting to get into diving /spearfishing they gave me alot of advice about things I never had considered beforehand and am very happy with my new high quality gear I highly recommend using them

10/10 customer service, I didn't know a crazy amount of the wetsuits and had a lot of questions about parts of the package and Jeremy answered every one thoroughly, he gave me a demonstration on how the open cell worked and was awesome with advice on looking after the gear. He wasn't trying to upsell me either he just gave me what was best for my situation which is awesome. Best store I've been in for customer service, unreal, thank you so much. Cant wait to use the new speargun and gear.

Im based in Coffs Harbour Australia, ordered a 3 mm suit, arrived quickly, I’m 6’2 and a lean build, I feel the cold, suit fits perfectly, water temp on first dive was 18 deg c and I was toasty in and out of water all day. Quality and fit are great. I bought this suit because they sponsored the Coffs Harbour free diving classic spear fishing comp 2022, awesome kiwi company, than you. Ben

Great service and pricing, my partner and I walked in yesterday to look at some snorkeling masks and we were greeted by a super helpful and friendly staff member (I didnt catch his name) but he talked us through the process and made it easy to get what we wanted and all for a great price, my partner got prescription lenses in her mask which we didnt think we could get and it's made a world of difference when we are in the water, thanks again! We'll be back!
