I recently had my car fixed through WCR. From the get go, they were incredibly accomodating and their communication was amazing, touching base every couple of days with how the work was progressing. Chantelle and Yvonne at the front desk were always very welcoming. I couldn’t recommend WCR enough!

Our work horse caught a yellow bollard, basically caved in the side of the van pictured below.
All repairs including sign writing and a buff up done in a week and we are back in business, literally! Would definitely recommend these guys.

Great service, totally painless! Car took a couple of days longer than originally advised (due to staff illness which is fair enough considering the time of year) but I was kept informed and Yvonne is absolutely lovely to deal with. She's an absolute gem.

The service was exceptional. Would most definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone. Had to pay Adrian and his team another visit 1st March 2023. Once again they went above and beyond what was asked of them. As far as I am concerned there is no better Collision Repair place up here on the Coast. ABSOLUTELY EXEMPLARY SERVICE. JUST BRILLIANT!

I have since taken my own car in for a broken power mirror. They were very helpful, organised everything, and kept in touch via text. The repair was done in 24 hours, I was able to use a loan car.
When I picked up my car it had been cleaned a totally pleasant surprise. Even the dirty alloy wheels were spotless. It's almost worth having a ding to get the car valeted. Thanks WCR.

Ended up using these guys when my vehicle was crashed into, they've done a shocking bog job which I can stil see there sanding marks in they havnt got the lines right. They bent the tab when removing my trim around the window into the glass so the steel was touching the glass, screeching up and down, and when you look at the paint job they left some masking tape behind and painted over it.rush rush and still taking ages.

Verrrry occasionally you'll come across a small business that just gets every single thing right. Today I collected my car back from WCR who have just completed a repair on my bashed up bumper as an insurance claim. You couldn't fault them. Really warm and friendly during assessment, job booked in with no delays, efficient updates by text while being executed, ready to pick up bang on time and lovely and clean when I picked it up (with a perfect looking paint finish). Go see these guys (and Yvonne!). They're great.

Very happy with the paint work on the bumper of my car! They even vacuumed and washed the car which is a bonus:) Work was done through an insurance claim. Very professional and friendly staff. Would highly recommend to others.

Worst customer service ever, lady at front desk was ok but Adrian was very rude to deal with and a time waster. Better to go elsewhere

Absolutely brilliant repair job. Staff were friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions promptly and were amazing to deal with. They even got my vehicle back to me ahead of the promised date, beautifully cleaned and they were amazing to deal with. Absolutely recommend them.

I took my car to Whangaparaoa Collision Repairs after being rear ended, the repairs were carried out quickly & i recieved regular updates as to how the repairs were going. They were extremely courteous & the paint match & fitment of parts is perfect, in fact my boot opens & closes better now than it did before! I highly recommend having any damage repaired by WCR
