Fantastic selection of books, cards, games and all things stationery. The staff here are always really helpful and the store is handily located at the mall entrance, next to parking.

My local bookstore and I love it, although their stationary is a bit pricey for me they always have great sales! Which I appreciate. However the recent two books I have purchased seem to have defects which is a shame.

Went to royal oak whitcolls this afternoon to buy a book after seeing it on the online website and felt very uncomfortable as the shopping assistant blatantly starred at me and followed me around the store. I smiled at her to be friendly (no smile back or friendly greeting from her) not sure if she does this to everyone but it’s not very good customer service.
Two girls in there today, helpful and friendly. Made sure everyone found exactly what they came in looking for.

Friendly and helpful staff, I called up to check for a book I wanted to get as a gift, they had it in stock, kept it for me and I picked it up. Very efficient and easy to deal with. You guys rock
