The market is super tough right now and with me being I'm newly self-employed, hubby and I thought we didn't have a show at getting where we wanted.

Along came Will. He was kind, funny, caring but most of all he got the job done. I can't rate him high enough, he really knows his stuff, has excellent contacts and what he told would happen did. He has been amazing to deal with. Thank you!

After a terrible experience dealing with a bank, a friend recommended working with a mortgage adviser and then later introduced me to Will.

Will is hands down the best mortgage broker you will ever meet, whilst also being an all round lovely gent. Had I met Will my first go round he would have saved me a ton of pain going through another broker. He is some sort of bank whisperer, utterly excellent at his job. He worked his financial voodoo and managed to get me a much better mortgage lender and rate than I could have hoped for. But it's his constant communication, allowing you to feel both informed and at ease, along with his unbridled cheeriness, that puts him in a league of his own. If they gave out Oscars for brokers, Will would be Meryl Streep. I own a home in no small part due to Will and I can't recommend him highly enough.

We were first home buyers and knew little about the process required to gain a mortgage. Will was very helpful in explaining this to us in a way that made sense and didn’t seem too scary. Once we decided on an amount we wanted to get pre-approval for he was very efficient in sorting out the banks and did a lot of grunt work liaising with them. He was supportive every step of the way and was always available for a quick call. It was tough finding a property in the current market and we probably would have given up if we didn’t have Will making the process so seamless.

Will helped us out with purchasing our first home. He was incredibly reassuring, always available to answer our questions, and the loveliest person to deal with. We are so happy with the end result and highly recommend!

Will made our experience of getting a mortgage for our first home so easy and stress free! Will manages to take away all of the stress and niggles that you usually encounter when you buy a new home. He's professional, responsive, extremely articulate and has a way of explaining bank jargon in a way that you clearly understand, and more importantly can be comfortable with.

Will has guided my partner and i all the way from not being sure if we could afford a house, to picking up the keys to our first home.

He was a constant friendly, reliable and informative presence from start to finish, answering a myriad of questions (there were a lot), kept us up to date as soon as something happened or needed addressing and providing clear goals and checklists to help us focus our time and energy.

We also went with his recommended law firm, building inspector and insurance broker and all ended up providing excellent service too so you can trust Will has a outstanding grasp on all aspects of house buying.
