I would recommend window masters as Lindsay did a great repair on the ranch slider and fitted all rubbers in windows.

Vance and his team are very professional and friendly. Got a couple of broken glass replaced and a roller door fixed. All done in a quick turnaround time and with no hassle at all.

Old louvred toilet window that was draughty and unsafe needed replacing. Tried a nationwide franchise first and after six months of promises, told me they could not do it. Found Window Masters. Vance promptly replied to email query, came and measured window, and had it made. Lovely gent fitted it in the pouring rain and tidied up after himself. Chose them because they delivered the end to end service. Window order and installation. The guys were great, even staying late and helping put all the furniture back in and the blinds back up. Great service.

Great company it was a tricky installation and Vance gave me good advice to opt for sliding windows which were cheaper and a better outcome being more robust than bifolds.

Finally a company that found a solution to the work required after 5 years and three other contractors. No shortcuts, great explanation of the work required to make our conservatory ceiling finally watertight. This is the worst tradesman I've ever dealt with. Disrespectful and belligerent.

These guys were so fast and professional. They replaced 5 windows in an old villa in one day. There are areas that need patching up as expected, but they left them well sealed and cleaned up nicely. Good to deal with. Would totally recommend them.

Vance and Dan removed the glass from my backdoor awning, allowing the Aluminum frame to be demolished and repainted by others. He then re installed the frame and glass roof. A very professional job. They were a pleasure to have on my property. We made their work difficult, as he had to work for us around other trades on site at the same time. We would highly recommend Vance for any work on Aluminium joinery.

Vance never showed up for job/quote. I tried ringing him but he had turned his phone off. I txt him saying how unprofessional it was and how I had taken the morning off work for him. He later sent a msg apologizing so I offered him another chance to quote me for a different job. It was a very simple job, hardly any work involved, I asked him for a quote to supply 1x window frame, no install required+ he didn't need to come out to quote as I provided the measurements; all he had to do was send me pricing. I rung him asking if he could do this by today, he said yes and promised he could saying the job was ''too easy'' and wouldn't be any issues sending through today. That night I sent a follow-up txt as I hadn't heard from him, he msg me back a rough price. I said can you pop in quote and send to me, he turned around and said no he didn't have time and to go to someone else. What a waste of my time. He has no care for ones time frames or job. If you want someone whos flaky, unreliable and doesn't care about you completing your job then this is the guy for you. Save yourself the hassle, stress and wasted time, he will only let you down.

Rush job to fix an external door that had blown open and wrecked itself. Vance showed up and smashed it in about thirty seconds. Top bloke!
