Greetings I would like to make a formal complaint. Overall, the experience was far from satisfactory - not only was the owner very rude and pushy as he ordered me to leave after looking around for 2 minutes, he also detrimentally damaged my mental health as his behavior was very uncomfortable and not acceptable. We should also bring up the rising issue of lookism and judging people based on their appearances; just because I look 10 does not mean I will damage products and raid the store. The judgement was very obvious - while the owner treated a 35 year old white man with respect and patience, he treated me, a girl for colour very badly and this behavior should be addressed more by the public. We should not have to experience such mean behavior.

Always good for a chat as well as a lotto ticket & very helpful with our courier post packages, friendly

Owner was very rude and disrespectful, service was terrible as well as price.

It's not amazing but it doesn't disappoint. Average selection of food and drink. Got a bus card there which was the main good part because it was very simple to buy. If you want some snacks and you are near it go ahead and buy something if you want.

Have tried to visit this dairy on multiple occasions before closing time, i usually arrive around 7: 30 however they are always closed, i have even been there at 7: 10 and they are closed or packing up. Pretty ridiculous that they can’t just change their google opening and closing times. They claim they close early when it’s not busy. What’s the point in even saying you are open till 8 if you aren’t? Wont be back

Sold expired food along with horrible customer service.

This is literally the equivalent of a walk-in vending machine. There aren't any human interactions and the owners are often ignorant and unprofessional. For example, the till operator was on the phone laughing loudly while on the job. The shop is crammed and really dirty and the prices are double to triple of what you would normally find at countdown. Along with this, they are stocking expired food at full normal price without a disclaimer. This has the potential to kill some people.

Will not recommended to anyone. You're better off at at countdown Sunnynook which is only a few minutes away not only for the price but for your life.

Lovely people and a nice shop but I was rather disappointed the last few times I have gone in here the people behind the counter have been more interested in their cellphones than serving me.
