8Robert what a wonderful person. I was not able to start an engine on Sunday. I called a service manager but could not get hold of him. Left a message but no return. Only person i can think of was Robert. I know he is not in a service department but i was desperate especially Sunday afternoon. He answered a call and guide me to find a fault over the phone.life saver especially sitting on the road without knowing what the fault was. I thank him and appreciate everything he did for me. I envy that your company has a gentleman like Rob working for.thanks
After AA was unable to fix a boot latch issue, the manager fixed it in a couple of minutes and didn't charge. Huge relief ahead of trip to Wellington
