I dropped my car for services but there was a scratch on the car when I picked it up. Sales Manager Lucas helped me right away to check their security camera and find out what was happened. He also helped me to organsize the repairing work and offered me a loan car to drive on the following week until the job done. Very very good customer services for the small incident and I am not feeling regrets for buying the car from Winger Motors.
