5My worst customer care experience ever! Booked fixing my headlight and reverse camera. Been waiting three weeks (that’s fine) because I asked for courtesy car. I took day off at work, been there 7: 30am as I’ve been told, no one knew anything about me, nothing in their booking system. They promised someone gonna call me and make another booking - NO ONE CALLED ME.
Had 100k service done, on my legacy. Great work and very fair pricing. Excellent communication through the process.
When I managed to find them (they are disguised as a Hyundai Isuzu dealership) the staff were rather unfriendly and I was quoted more than double what I later paid for the same part down the road
Awesome mechanic, don't be put off by the big name these guys are trustworthy and do quality work for a fair price. Highly recommend.
