Wireless Nation has fantastic customer service. I had had some technical issues and was unsure if it could be resolved. One of their team members got onto it and found a solution. I am very pleased with the service and result. I highly recommend Wireless Nation.
WiFi Nation is A great company to deal with! You get real people to assist you and they are prompt and efficient. The follow up service calls are much appreciated and we’ve not had such good service from any other business for as long as I can remember. Keep up the good work
Wireless Nation, is the best, The staff are very Prompt with all communications, very helpful, we take our modem everywhere, and use it for home use too, and have had no issues, Mobile plan just been improved, which is awesome.

The wifi connection is fantastic. The cell phone hook up is useless. Been waiting for the number to swap over for 8 days. Still not hooked up.

Great connectivity, easy setup, awesome quick cust service, exceeded expectation connecting to Wireless Nation.
Brilliant service from Wireless Nation (WN) and fantastic cover across NZ. We have been travelling around the South Island for the past month and even when we had no phone reception (Spark and Vodafone) our WN modem worked perfectly and allowed us to connect. Thoroughly recommend them especially for anyone on rural broadband or who travels in a motorhome or caravan.
Thanks for providing such a good value for money service. We have tried other providers but you guys are the best 4G wireless providers in my opinion. Superb one to one tech support too!
I've used Wireless Nation as my internet provider for 3 years now, and they continually impress me with their level of service. Internet is fast and reliable. During the few times I've had issues, I've been able to call them and get to an agent in under 5 minutes and they usually solve the problem very quickly.
When I ordered my modem a few days ago, I thought it would come in the New Year. I plugged it in the next day and it was working. Wireless Nation is the gold standard in telcos. You guys rock!

A great network with added advantage that I can take my modem and data with me on the road. Easy to instal, easy to use and great coverage. Why didn’t I move to Wireless Nation earlier?
We switched to Wireless Nation so we could take our internet with us while travelling in our motorhome but still use it at home while we are there. It is soconvenient and works very well, even after going to a slower speed when we have used our data cap. Very happy with it.
Overnight we went from a download speed of 1.5Mbps with our old ADSL internet provider to speeds up to 40Mbps. AND the monthly charge is cheaper with Wireless Nation! What more can I say.
