I contacted Wisdom through the online form on a public holiday - a Friday. I had a prompt response saying contact would be made on Monday. I followed up with an email showing a photo of the issue - a broken TV aerial. I was phoned Monday morning. A serviceman arrived before noon, gave me a quote and removed the old aerial and fitted a new one. He tuned the TVs before leaving. Prompt efficient service.
