When dealing with my account with pre pay wise energy I find Martin to be the best is very efficient and understanding appreciate that has good service skills to.

I love how the csr work with you and only try and do what’s best for their customers. I really enjoy this power company and love all the features on the wise app as well as if I’m stuck I can ring them and they (joy) helps me out with what’s best for my usage

Signed up online and then rung and talked to both Lesley and Joy.
After trying to deal with some of the bigger companies and getting no where it was amazing to talk to such kind and helpful people. Can't thank the ladies enough for making the process so easy; especially while I am under so much stress with the house move. Amazing service thank you. Happy to have made the switch.

I have enjoyed my time with wiseprepay and will not change providers again. It is way to manage online or on the app, you get to see exactly how much you use and can work out how much is used and by what device or laundry machine. And everytime I have communicated with a wiseprepay worker they have been helpful, informative with no hassles. Thank yous wiseprepay yous are the best and we appreciate all yous do

Since joining @WisePrepay.for every time i call for whatever reason, dealing with #Joy is always a great pleasure.personally & professionally she makes everything so gentle & easy, which makes any process work seamless & is always done going beyond her call of duty.i totally recommend not just a payrise but also a promotion.

Signed up with Wise Prepay today, I honestly wish I knew of them sooner! The customer service is (without a doubt) one of the best in NZ. I can assure you not even the bigger branded power companies come close to customer satisfaction and I've spoken with 99% of them, honestly. And yes their rates DO reflect the fact that it's "vulnerable customers" whom are connected so higher price rates but that's fine. Absolutely astounding company from the get go!

Having been severely stuffed around by several power companies I applied online with Wize. To be honest I was expecting more stuff-around. Wize contacted me straight away and were very helpful. I have interacted with a few team members and every one of them delighted me with their service and professionalism. They made getting power to my new place so easy and incredibly fast. GO WITH THESE GUYS. THEY ROCK!

Not once but twice, the amazing fabulous Joy was an absolute Joy to deal with again.
Joy is the most pleasant friendly kind understanding person ever!

Had an awesome wahine help me get my power sorted for my new house. She was really understanding and made sure I knew all those tiny details that some power company forget to tell you. She made it so simple and within minutes. My 2nd application was already in process.

Definitely beats paying a huge monthly bill.

Horrible company. Constant hostile emails, the way they sell it is NOT how it actually is. They will threaten to cut your power off the very second your account drops below $10. That’s 10$ still in credit! Even if you only use $7 a day they’ll cut it off with 3$ to spare!

On top of that they will drag their feet when you swap over power companies. They will send you a text saying they’ll approve the swap over then call you a whole week later asking for permission again! Which means they charge you for an entire weeks worth of power in the mean time and hope you won’t catch it! And when you do, your refund will require a lot of information to give to them for your own money back, and then they won’t even process a refund for you except on Thursday’s, if they remember.

Don’t use them!
